that defense attorney looks evil af
Never heard one way or the other; but I hope Target Corporate office was smart enough to go in and fire every employee involved who played their part in this instead of opening a regular register and putting the money in a damned til!!!
Let the boys inside teach him manners.
So many dirty cops! This is one! I am disabled. That type of activity could make me a paraplegic. OUTRAGEOUS!
What do you call a cop in court-witness=liar -defendant=guilty
This cop was happy and willing to put the disabled man in jail but now that he might be going to jail he cries like a baby. Sick and sham on him.
They are cowards hiding behind the badges!
Where's my blue privilege? My union rep told me I could do whatever I want to whomever I want.
He's completely dishonest by asserting he believed the disabled man was trying to shoplift. The disabled man tried to pay for the bike and asked for help but was refuses help and was manhandled by this lying jerk instead.
Retry him and lock him up. Some bootlinking jurors are idiots.
They sure lied, didn't they? Even on bodycam you can see all the man's money out lying there as he was trying to feed it in the stupid self-checkout. All because he was struggling to pay and they treated him like shit. Back in my day officers, mostly - not always - but mostly would help a person like this and with kindness and understanding.
He should face the consequences for his actions.
He should go to jail period. Put a disabled man in cuffs but put it in context 😂
They said this officer took less than one minute to decide. He was going to arrest this guy for nothing.
box of rocks for brains.
He has no defense, we've seen the video.
🔔🔔SHAME🔔🔔🔔
Target wanted this man kicked out, but APD could have gone over and helped this man with his purchase of a bicycle. This officer failed to help his fellow man, as they all did.
Target never asked APD to do anything, nor did they call APD.
The cop did exactly what he was trained to do. Make a demand, lawful or not, and move the violence. That cop has a history of excessive force.
He should get the maximum of 4 years.
You mean a minimum of 4 years don't you?
Good! I remember when this first happened. It was horrific! He is a danger to the community!
Man lacks empathy
He needs to be locked up
Take his certifications away so he cannot work for the next town.
Hmmm let Madame Zelda consult her crystal ball on this, I predict, he will get acquitted, sue to get his job back, get it back(with back pay), get promoted and be declared a hero, claim some kind of mental distress, and walk out with a fat retirement package. Let's see on Monday. Madame Zelda has spoken.
Lol...
*GUILTY, GUILTY, GUILTY!*
That s.o.b. Better go to jail.
That's still no excuse for what he did!!!
Have seen several videos where cops say to a male citizen “take your charge like a man.” How ironic here.
Put him in jail
He should know better
People should also protest and boycott target
This cops need to in prison for breaking the law and need to be lawsuit against the store too
Self checkout ...AKA ..Lets cut labor cost and let the taxpayers pay for the police to deal with it's faults !! 'Merica!!!
Human excrement!
He needs to face accountability for his tyrant behavior. If a security officer had done that they would be in prison. His lack of professionalism, failure as a decent human being, and disregard for the oath he so clearly violated are quite visible. Actions like his are the reason for the widespread contempt for police.
PROSECUTED PRISON, PRISON, PRISON, PRISON!!!
Lock him up for no less the 15 years for what he did.
How does he even have a defense? The video is all you need to know.
Why does Justice take so long? Guaranteed is the right to a speedy trial. In this case we need to put a bully behind bars. What’s the hold up???
This WASN'T a cop. This was a CRIMINAL with a badge!
Why not just help the guy check out his goods.
Guilty.
Hopefully he is awarded the whole four years in prison.
Look at what the judge in navada did to chilli decastro . He was jailed for 6 months, not for a crime but for speaking to police in a way the judge didn't like .
Lock him up.
