I have been Moonboarding a lot in the last year (on the lower end of the grades) and I think I can see where he is coming from. After a good warmup it just feels amazing to climb on the board and it just seems to push you in the best possible way :) Definitely felt like it prepared me for my outdoor trips so well

This makes me want to get on the board, knowing that I can do close to nothing on it
Great content ❤
I wanna see him on BOD
Today on climbing gold: 4x weekly moonboarding and other things normal people can't do without getting injured
You can use peptides to recover faster if you're not in the IFSC
Thats a radical method. Which peptides would those be and what are the results
If you work up to it over 16 years you'll be able to do it.
Four times a week on moonboard.
Such an iron finger..
Hella iron finger for sure. I keep it to twice a week but my biceps are more spaghetti than ravioli.
