    I have been Moonboarding a lot in the last year (on the lower end of the grades) and I think I can see where he is coming from.
    After a good warmup it just feels amazing to climb on the board and it just seems to push you in the best possible way :)
    Definitely felt like it prepared me for my outdoor trips so well

    Today on climbing gold: 4x weekly moonboarding and other things normal people can't do without getting injured

      You can use peptides to recover faster if you're not in the IFSC

      If you work up to it over 16 years you'll be able to do it.

      Hella iron finger for sure. I keep it to twice a week but my biceps are more spaghetti than ravioli.
