    Great video! I feel the energy through my body during meditation and prayer, I see white light , I feel the bliss and the love, it is awesome , never had anything like this before, been meditating for 20 years and nothing compares what happened this year! Thanks ! I started jan2024. Your channel has helped me a lot.

      Thank you bro. I agree "the light" is tremendous. It also even shines clarity on the darkness of our previous ways. Hence how one can "change" on this path.

    actually you will naturally gravitate to activities. i did a week in Vietnam and full of hiking and climbing and riding motorcycles with my girlfriend. I'm retaining for months now. I lost a job last month because the company went kaput but I'm not despondent. I have spiritual insights and I crave spiritual loftiness over wealth. Hard to explain the shift in state of mind.

    Thank you sir, does this mean I will stop having nocturnal emissions. After 3 years of celibacy and experiencing spritual enlightening there are times nightfall occur. And I do everything to counter it. Plz I need help.

      Don't eat before you go to bed. If you must eat an avocado or fruit. Also don't sleep on your stomach and pray before you sleep

      2) nightfall is not the same as a conscious release so don't beat yourself up. As Swami Sivananda said in Practice of Brahmacharya:
      " In a wet dream, it may be the outflow of the prostatic juice only. Even if there is loss of the vital fluid, there is not much draining. The actual essence does not come out during wet dreams. It is only the watery prostatic juice with a
      little semen that is discharged during nocturnal pollutions. When nocturnal emission takes place, the mind which was working in the inner astral body suddenly enters the physical body vehemently in an agitated condition. That is the reason why emission takes place suddenly.
      The night discharge may not stimulate the sexual desire. But a voluntary copulation, in the case of a sincere aspirant is highly detrimental to his spiritual progress. "

      Sleep grounded , lower stress, cut caffeine, research sattvic food , do walking and 4-7-8 breathing for 30min before sleep, do yoga inversion postures, standing on shoulder is the easiest or simply put the feet on the wall before sleep. Meditate day and night 13min . Do wim hof breathing when you wake up. Lift weights . Started retention in January and had only one nocturnal emission in April.
