I’m a little over 720 days in. I mentioned to my Dr., at recent annual check up that I have been celibate for a number of years. He replied that’s “it’s not healthy”. I believe he is attributing it to depression of my father passing a few months ago. He didn’t consider if I was retaining for a purpose.
To be retainer is a valuable choice as any other. I'm almost 39 years old, and I feel bettrr now than in my 20's and early 30' in any aspect. As a counterpart, the intensity of the emotions and reactions sometimes is quite intense. But, as everthing it is not bad nor good itself but the use oneself can do with it. Intellectually, I can question and chanllenge with a speed and clarity never experienced before in my life. This brings real outcomes. Just do it!
