    i was out driving around my rc car with a zenoah engine today.. (its a 32cc 2 stroke) until it suddenly made weird noises and died shortly after .. i think its running way too rich, theres oil coming out of the exhaust, plug was completely wet .. but can that be the cause of weird noises ? i hope it didn't start to seize the piston, it has same compression as always when i slowly pull it .. i will try a new plug tomorrow, i hope its not broken :(

    I bought a 2004 cr 85 yesterday and I was riding it and when I started to go it couldn’t get in the rpm’s and now when it runs for five seconds it has a chirpy sound coming from the right side I’m not sure what’s wrong it has compression

      Sorry to hear, that sucks it happened so quickly. I would probably remove the clutch cover to see if anything came loose or is broken before starting or riding it again.

      @@MotocrossHideout I spent all of my money on it and I wondered if you have a video on how to fix them

      Sorry to hear that. I would HIGHLY recommend buying a CR85 OEM service manual ($40 on eBay). It'll show you step-by-step how to do just about anything on your bike.

    If you're running lean will the bike eat through gas quicker?

    • @MotocrossHideout
      @MotocrossHideout  6 месяцев назад +1

      Not typically.
      If it's richer (too much gas), then you'll see lower fuel mileage.

      It will Eat the rings and then boom top end failure just hope your cylinder isn’t to messed up! Theirs less lubrication from the air fuel mixture running to lean, in turn more heat and metal to metal! You can run lean for more responsive snappier throttle etc but DONT go to lean, will result in the above 👆🏾

    1:26 you said tanish brown but i see a picture with white ground electrode almost same as of lean🤦‍♂

      I think you're confusing the terms. The white part is the insulator, and the tan/brown part is the electrode.
