How does one know if you require a new fuser or an imaging kit? My CX410 (now in storage) was printing with smeared colors.

Good Morning, Jim! Your Imaging Kit is a supply so go to the Menu Settings Page and view your supply level. If it's low we would recommend replacing that first as it will be the easiest. While you are there check to see if any other supply is low, if so replace before taking in for repair.
