Please can this video be translated into English because the video explains what am facing with my lexmark CS 410, That is my hard copy appears dot on the copy printed, so what do i do, i don't understand the language been used in this video please help me out to solve this problem. Thanks
Have you found a solution to your problem ? I have the same as well. Only, when I opened and examined the roller, didn't find anything , and afterwards more dots appeared from all colors
2 main possibilities , pls check :
1. Drum worn out, mostly likely in most cases or
2. Fuser unit
A good indication is the numbers of pages printed since the last replacement
The funny thing with my case is that the person who use this printer baraly prints anything on it, so why those damn dots apperar on each print. By the way, in my case only the color ones leave a print, the black one works fine.
Indeed you are right Luis Funes. I also have only some 500 pages printed. Still, it even has the toners it came with
@@SyaoranLiClow I have exactly the same issue. is there any fix for this?
ALL OK but he didn solved the problem
Cara memperbaiki lekukan nya bagaimana? Dan jika harus di ganti itu namanya apa?
I've got exactly the same problem on a CS310. There are small pits in the PCR rollers causing these specks on the printout. OPC drums are in perfect condition though. I don't have any idea what might have caused this. Has anybody ever tried to obtain replacement PCR rollers?
This pcr rollers are not easy to exchange, but if you like you may buy them for very small money at aliexpress. After changing the rollers the printer will not have these spots on the print.
The mark comes from the drum(blue roller) of the cartridge not the yellow pressure roller you are pointing at.
I can't confirm that. Got the same problem. It's the small (black) PCR rollers causing that. OPC drums are in perfect condition in my printer. Do you know how to replace the PCR rollers?
@@Caballingus Pretty sure you have to replace the whole cartridge. Not sure if you can even get those as spare parts.Maybe take one off an old cartridge thats empty that works.
Ive been servicing laser printers since they first came out. Anyone have any questions let me know I'll be glad to help.
@@davidparton9158 These PCR rollers are not included in the cartridges but are an integral part of the 70C0P00 Photoconductor Unit which costs about 200$ and consists of all four OPC units mounted on a frame. I've also got an older Lexmark C534n. There are individual OPC Drums available for this printer at a reasonable price unlike for the CS310n.
@@Caballingus YES! I recommend the video:

How to fix the dots ?
It is probably due to the transfer rollers. You can replace them at a very low price ($26). I recommend the video: ruclips.net/video/osFP36etcjw/видео.html
Wow not in english....great help
Hello all, i had the same issue and after searching and reading a lot came to the conclusion to call Lexmark UK as I realised the printer is under warranty for 4 years. This has been taken care off by Lexmark (really helpful and professional support) they have sent over the brand new Photoconductor unit which was the major cause and the printer is now spot on.
