Yes, you can absolutely change your print head yourself! It’s a quick and simple process. The print head is the component that holds your four color cartridges. It’s is true that if you pull out very quick and not professionally it will get stuck and get torn you must pull it out with both hands very slowly if that doesn’t work for you try removing the cartridges and see if you can take the paper out from there

I currently use Windows 10, and it works perfectly. We also have customers using Windows 11 without any issues. Since the printers are a bit older, you may need to add them by IP address. Connecting Your HP 4200 and 4300 series Printer to a Computer via IP Address If you’re using an older HP printer and need to connect it to a computer via IP address, here’s a simple, step-by-step guide to help you. This process works seamlessly on both Windows 10 and Windows 11. Step 1: Find the Printer’s IP Address 1. On the printer’s control panel, press the Menu button. 2. Navigate to Information and then to Print Configuration. 3. The printer will print out a configuration page. The IP address will be listed on this page. (The printer will need to be connected to the network so it will read an IP address) Step 2: Add the Printer to Your Computer For Windows 10 and Windows 11: 1. Open Settings by clicking the Start menu and selecting Settings (the gear icon). 2. Go to Devices, then click on Printers & Scanners. 3. Click Add a printer or scanner. Windows will start searching for printers. 4. When you see “The printer that I want isn’t listed” appear, click on it. 5. Select Add a printer using a TCP/IP address or hostname and click Next. 6. Yes that’s true some people do that but the HP LaserJet Pro MFP M477 is a solid printer worth around 1000 USD even if you bought a new one it will come with starters cartridges (half the amount pages the actual cartridge HP sells) If you want to save money you can buy reman toners for around half the price of OEM

This printer is a monochrome printer meaning it can only print black you can buy a color printer I would recommend the HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M283.

Hello, I would recommend you restart the printer and try all the steps again 1. Hold the supply button on the bottom of your touchscreen until you reach belt or drum. 2. Select drum. 3. Select which color you want to reset. 4. Press yes to reset your drums. Thank you for choosing Onyx.
