i started playing this pack after your 2nd or 3rd vid and finished it and had a great time with it. regarding mr junk, when i noticed that some stuff required rep i checked hit weapon tabs then experimented with the rep he was attached to. just gotta let you know some interesting stuff from grinding up his rep. as far as i can tell the only quest for him was the one that was always in the game, just gotta grind it up by buying and selling to him. Edit: also i found plenty of drills in the mill, rng just gotta suck sometimes lol
and if you grind arman (and his "brothers" in the swamp) there's a tiny chance they'll be spawning with mcx spear, negev ng7, and ghillied up mk18 mjolnir
I think the rep for Mr Junk is just so that you can't buy anything until you finish the mission for him

if you grind lazars guards you can get the MSBS Grot C
and if you grind arman (and his "brothers" in the swamp) there's a tiny chance they'll be spawning with mcx spear, negev ng7, and ghillied up mk18 mjolnir
I think tracking mods changes the loot tables. May want to untrack and see if your luck gets better
