    I have a Stanley French Press Thermos. I like the quality of their products...
    I can't think of a single reason this is superior to my Sea to Summit Silicon X-Brew pour over dripper...
    The S2S is lighter, it accordians flat making it easier to store, it costs less, it's easier to clean...
    This is one of the times that rather than look into the product market space and say, "We here at Stanley can build a better product," they instead said, "someone is going to buy it for the looks and the name."
    And I have no doubt that is accurate.

    Thank you for being the Christian example you are...so refreshing. You have "sold" me on a Stanley. I already have their thermos.

    Thanks for the video. Is hot water still pouring over plastic in the collar that secures the filter?

    • @greatamericansurvival
      @greatamericansurvival  3 месяца назад

      Yes. The water is poured over metal. The collar is plastic though.
      Cheers

    Do you have any suggestions for water temperature. Boiling or 1 minute after boiling etc..

    • @greatamericansurvival
      @greatamericansurvival  8 месяцев назад +1

      I like to bring the water to a boil, then turn the heat off and wait 2-3 mins. You want the water around 180 has given me the best results.
      Hope this helps

    So is each line the equivalent to 8oz of coffee? I have a 24oz thermos and I think it’d be perfect if I could fill it up to the 3rd line and then I’ll have coffee for the day

    Thank you for the review...so you can just keep on adding hot water to the same coffee?? I made my first cup earlier today before headin to work and i found it a bit watery...so i should have made another cup to get a stronger taste?

    • @greatamericansurvival
      @greatamericansurvival  3 года назад +6

      Yes that’s the way I do it. My first cup isn’t the best cup. If your just making one cup, add some water enough to wet all the grounds and let the coffee bloom. Then make your coffee.

    I still don’t get where a filter goes or how it filters

    • @greatamericansurvival
      @greatamericansurvival  5 месяцев назад

      I just use the silver filter. Works fine I don’t add a paper filter. Just use a coarser grind, pour over or drip works fine for me.

    My first time coming to your channel via a (male) Siri search for the Stanley Pour over filter & cup system!
    My problem today was that in the process of cleaning out the filter top my micro filter fell in my garbage 🗑️ 🤔🧐😱 I wanted to clean it all up but couldn’t see how to reinstall the filter on the screw on top…I put my reading glasses on and watched your video! When you showed how the filter looks prior to putting your fav grounds in, it made sense, I re-examined the clean filter and the plastic flange that screws into the bottom of the filter and then 💡 dawned on “Marble Head”!🤣There are 3 tabs molded into the flange and the clean micro filter edge easily slides under these tabs. Then screw the flange assembly into the bottom of the filter and you’re good to GO! It’s 2023 now, the 💉 has graphene oxide in it, and now folks are looking to get that out of their systems because the “💉” wasn’t meant to save anyone as the truth will be revealed in the coming weeks, and it’s 12/13/2023 as I write. (Yes, I have lost loved ones who instantly died; therefore further investigation was required on my part with regard to the “mRNA 💉”.). There are channels out there of Doctors who lectured on this subject and I can share their names as well. I am praying for everyone who was duped into getting it, and will help anyone who asks! Thank you also for your Prayers for America. I live my life as holistically as I can, and know people who can help. “Danny’s Dirt Road Discussions Chat” on Telegram can help, and Mike Penny’s Truth Seekers 88 on Telegram has also explored this topic and what’s in store for us all. Don’t worry, Med Beds are coming and help is on the way! Looking into “Detoxification for your Body” is a good place to start, and places like Walmart sell things to help you with that! Stay safe out there America, help is on the way! 🙏❤️‍🩹🕊️✝️✡️🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

    The first cup of coffee must be very strong, and the second cup of coffee les strong.
    Isn’t it easier to put all the cooked water in the coffee brewer, and place this cup underneath it, so all the cups coffee has the same taste?

    • @greatamericansurvival
      @greatamericansurvival  2 года назад

      The way I understand it , you can add enough coffee to handle doing the pour over method 3 times without cleaning out but makes one cup at a time.

    Caffeine is a drug. You have an addiction to coffee. Which means you have a drug addiction. Just because it's legal doesn't mean you don't have a drug problem.
