Great to have 5th Gear back. The only proper car show of the last 15 years. Nice to see @roryreid on a show where the car comes first and cheap gags a long way down the list. Missing Tiff though….

Loved this video from start to end. The spontaneity and style of VBH! Why don't you create a video together with Harry Metcalf, would be so sweet to see you both together in one video. Maybe you can take his Countach and he his Testarossa and go for a comparison between both cars?
I had a 964 in period and to be honest it was a bit of a nail….not sure what the obsession is with them. 993 was far better and the 997 a revelation (both of which I had).

A consumer journalism query here- isn't there supposed to be a plugsocket below the rear seat in the ioniq5 if you want to make a cuppa even if it's pissing down and you don't want to leave the car to use the V2L adapter?

£250k to convert the Porsche to electric. Somebody is having a laugh.
For 250K the fit and finish in that Porsche was terrible. The gaps aoround the glovebox(?) were uneven, the horizontal sections of the dash were not vertically aligned, and some of that stitching looked a bit... meandering. Yeesh!

Hope few are so stupid that they make such a conversion of a wonderful car as a Porsche 964! Sad..
Enjoyed the first episode but the small EV car shootout was a bit of a fix - judged on range and performance and knocked out the top 2 on range for no apparent reason, to favour the newcomers...not impressed.
EV’s are not the future. And the company that converted the Porsche, have to charge that much money for an electric conversion,in order to earn money before they go bust.
250k for the porsche doesn't worth it. These are the kinda car we need ECO FUEL for.
I am a big e-fuel fan, too.
