Thanks for watching
🙏
Hilariously, I bought a switch for my son 6 years ago. My ignorance thought it was a lesser console for kids.
2 years ago, I got me one, and it's been my top console to collect for next to the PS2 and 360. Coming from the nes era, the switch is probably my favorite Nintendo console, hands down.
Agree the PS4 is my favorite console to collect for right now but the switch is right up there too.
Bro blessed us with another hour of content
Zero ads as well 🙌
Really appreciate the time and effort that go into these types of video: concept, script, research, filming, editing etc. even more so, when we get game footage for each one.
Will 💯 be watching this a few more times, with pen and paper 😂, making notes of potential pickups.
It's always mind boggling to watch videos of people going through their massive Switch collections. My own collection is up to a couple hundred games... and apart from the first party games that everyone has, the overlap between my hundreds and your stacks is a whopping 9 games. Good luck to future collectors who try to complete the Switch set. If someone told me there were 10,000 physical releases on Switch, I'd wonder how many boutique publisher and Korean releases with unadvertised English they missed.
I’m 51 sit in my pants eating bananas while playing games 🙂
They've since released Streets of Rage 4 Mr.X Anniversary Edition with the DLC on the cart. Same with TMNT SR
Very nice collection. You need Cruis'N Blast if you like your arcade racers!
Watched all they way to the end, I only have the Switch Lite but my 3 year old son has pretty much stole that now. He loves Lego City Undercover, which is a great game!
Congrats on the 20k once it comes bro sure you’ll be at 100k in no time, legend of the game 👊🤝
I think the code word for watching the whole video should be code word 😂
I’ve never owns a switch and never had any interest in it as I thought it was a kids console but my eyes have been open with this video of all the cool modern retro.
I hope I can afford to buy one, one day
Super video, thanks for the recommendations I have a switch but most of my games are digital from past eshop sales. Will look at getting a couple of physical games for the collection.
I played Lonely Mountains Downhill on Game Pass a while ago - it's so addictive and also it can be quite relaxing. Would love to have it on Switch! Although the Switch is not my favourite console and my least played, I watched the video to the end 😊
Watch every minute of all your videos mate, my daughter is a massive switch fan and I am going to be borrowing it for sure!
Big thanks to you as helped me find some games I did not even know was on Switch. I am going for full set of physical switch games 😀
An hour of content midweek. We are being spoiled! Brew at the ready for this!
Got to the end, do you not have Super Mario Wonder Callum, don't think I saw it on here? Its old school Mario and very good.
i like watching your vids makes me feel happy your the best thank you for these contents and hope you are having a good week ♥️
Brilliant video mate, lots of great looking games I've never played. I find your honest opinions about well regarded games you don't like refreshing
Very entertaining video as always. Great collection with many hidden jams, makes my hands itch to play more games.
So close to 20k mate, exciting!
Art of Rally looks like a good time and very much reminds me of Lonely Mountains: Downhill. Worth trying the demo!
EDIT: And just as I typed that, there it is haha 😂
Made it to the end RG! Great video for a great system. I went off the Switch around 2020 and sold most of my games. In 2023 got back into it with the TOTK Oled Switch and have been steadily building back up. Have really come to appreciate it. In terms of Nintendo systems it’s right up there. Will never dislodge the SNES for me though.
Always wondered what music you used on the channel. Just searched Andro Dunos 2 OST on RUclips and now I want to own it 😂
It’s ghetto gang fam I watched it to the end.. every Wednesday every Sunday peace to you and your family
Lonely Mountains is an awesome game, played a lot of that.
I watched it all the way through. As you like hard games you should absolutely give Wild Guns a shot. It’s a superb and tough game and get little man to help you with it too as it has so much going on at points having a co-op buddy is very useful!
Watched to the end. New to Switch have Breath of the Wild Mario kart and Resident evil 4 so far.
I so much like your happy attitude man! It transpires through your video how passionate you are about the topic
Watched it all. Still yet to purchase a switch but it will happen. Unfinished business with Megadrive, Snes, N64, Saturn etc. Some stunning games though
Awesome video, great games! Also great collection! I'll watch to the end, some games I definitely want to pick up for my collection! Also it really gave me a couple ideas for games I want to buy next!!
Thanks you! Appreciate you watching til the end!
Watched the whole video. I actually look forward to Wednesday and Sunday every week. It's wild I never thought as a Canadian I would get so invested in someone collecting Pal region games. I guess good content is just good content. Awesome seeing your switch collection. As far as recommendations, if you enjoyed Celeste the same developer made Towerfall which is one of my favorite multi-player games of all time. Similar mechanics to Celeste except you have a bow and arrow and try to kill each other. It also has a single player part as well, but it's best as a multi-player game.
Awesome switch collection and was great 2 c u 2day mate at the carboot
Ah Hollow Knight, one of my favourite games of all time. Cannot wait for Silksong but my goodness that wait is crippling me. I love BotW and TotK so much they just feel like perfect games (til the end codeword 😂). Also this is your reminder to add Star Ocean second story R to that red sea 😉 Genuinely one of the most beautiful games out there.
Have you seen those custom made switch spines? they look so much better imo.
thankyou youve helped me to discover some games that i like the look of and i am planning on buying them soon as i can another amazing video
I think my hidden gem switch game is touch detective 3 + the complete case files funghi plush edition. I was told that it wasn’t able to be shipped to the UK but I ordered it from the Nicalis site and they did send it. It sold out in one day. Since then I have never seen a copy on the uk eBay site or any games shop.
I have absolutely zero affinity for the Switch or Nintendo in general these days, but I did indeed watch all the way to the end. I love watching these kind of videos and hope you do more in the future for other systems ❤
Curse of the Moon was a stretch goal of the crowd fund
Thank you for showing all the games you owned and their gameplay video. There were many titles that i have missed and watching the entire video has allowed me to go and purchase some of these. Again many thanks!
TIL THE END !! And didn’t get bored the switch is an amazing console with so many games and you have helped me add to my list 😂 thanks Callum !
I'm into game preservation so I try and get the later Switch Revision carts, as later revisions can have the free dlc on cart
Watch to the end😅
Wating for the next one on sunday.
Good collection I've got far too many
Codeword!! Loved this video. Definitely a few to pick up after this
Don't know much about the switch. I want to get one at some point. I'm using this video to get ideas for the games Im going to want when I get one. Going to have to take some notes watching this. I picked up Sifu recently for PS4 with the slip cover and art work. Looking forward to that one. Definitely want to get Odd World Strangers Wrath, Mario Kart 8, Mario Galaxy 1 and 2 and Metroid Prime Remastered for the Switch already but I know theres going to be a lot more than that.
I’m 100% with you on sea of stars. I pre ordered it, and it’s the first game in a long long time that I just couldn’t put down. Played through the whole thing in one week which for me is un heard of. Absolutely amazing game, and I like you aren’t normally a fan an turn based games 🤷🏻♂️
Watched to the end too! Ha love these videos mate. Thanks for all the effort
Bloodstained Ritual of the night is a really good game , played it when it came to game pass on the Xbox and thoroughly enjoyed it , highly recommend
I completed Undertale after going in blind and didn't think much of it. It was a great twist at the end. In hindsight I can see why it's highly regarded. It's a clever and charming game with many layers to it.
Great vid, the switch has such a good library. I thought I had almost everything I wanted for it but I've ended up adding a few new ones to my list!
Switch is a fun console for collecting. I'm really loving my Japanese version of Nintendo World Championship, love the Famicom controllers. Thanks for the show n tell man 😊😊😊
Great video. Gave me a couple of ideas for games to buy next!!
Hey dude, great switch video - you'll love 'Action Squad Doorkickers'!
Had to look up the Andro Dunos 2 soundtrack, I had no idea that tune was from an actual game. Probably my favourite tune from your vlogs!
Recently bought a game called "Black Future 88" which was very cheap (about 8 pounds here in Denmark) pretty fun game, metroidvania run & gun, cyberpunk vibe. Might be something for you (or someone else here) 🙂
Please, please, please give Blasphemous another shot. I'm just reaching the end of it now and it's one of those where you think about it when you're not playing it and I could have played it straight through non-stop if life didn't get in the way. As it was, it's caused far too many "I'll just have a quick explore of this new area on the map" late nights.
Like you, I loved Infernax. For me Blasphemous is Infernax turned up a notch. It's not an easy game, some bosses have seemed impossible at first sight, but after a few attempts their patterns become clear and every single one has been eminently beatable.
Some of the voice acting is terrible, but that's all I can fault it on.
Interesting Blasphemous documentary on RUclips following the small Spanish development team as they struggled to get it done before running out of money.
Made it to the end, brother!!!!! Few titles in there I have the same views on and that are in my backlog too lol Gonna try find Kaze and the wild masks for my collection but I'd recommend 2 titles to try find for your collection. My Friend Pedro (quick fun shooter) and Rustler (plays like original GTA on ps1 but you're in a medevil town and steal horses. Full of monty python humour too)
Art of rally is a gem of a game! Love it.
Operation Wolf Final missions has me hooked at the moment gotta live a bit of retro style gaming 🤙
Great video, definitely agree that as you get older it’s hard to play games that are massive 20 plus hours, I just can’t get invested in it any more. 6-10 hour linear experiences for me.
Monster Boy is great... I also liked Salt and sanctuary which is also on ps4...
awesome video, great games
If you're enjoying sea of stars then have a look at chained echoes, I played both SOS and CE this year and both are 2 of my favourite indie games of all time
Going by your type of art style that you like and short games i thi k you would love dredge i loved it and couldnt put it down
I'm an older gamer with kids and not much time, the switch is amazing.
I saw Tiny Thor on one of your old vids and man what game! Absolutely love it 😅
I had the exact same issue with little nightmares.
Missed so many jumps that looked lined up perfectly because I couldn’t gauge the depth.
I played on the series x, so I think it’s a problem with the game not the system.
The reason for me BotW & TofK aren't for me is that they are so long. Don't get me wrong great games but when you are of a certain age you just can't play them for long enough sessions to get the most out of them. But Links Awakening was perfect for me it's a bite sized Zelda game perfect for me.
Sina Mora is a fantastic game one of the first games I got as it was cheap even at the beginning I got it new on a special for £10 and that was the reason and only reason I got it as I wanted to try and bulk my collection out as I probably had about 5 games at the time. But when I played it I was astonished on how it looked, played well everything about it and it got me back into shumps. More people should play it.
You have a great collection of Switch games and there is so much I could say about many of the games but haven't got the time.
Even Richie Rich would feel poor if he visited RG's games room.
Great Collection! watched to the end, Some games i definetly want to pick up for my collection!
Great content mate, a game I have been playing recently is F.I.S.T. , it’s worth a look if you haven’t
I really want Monster Boy but it's so frustrating it's not had a UK release. Ebay prices are expensive!
I've said it several times but you have to play Death's Door.
Great video, love these break downs of your collections, always makes me spend more money 😂 I would love to see a similar one on your other collections especially Xbox 360 as I would be interested to know your top must have games
Fantastic video mate. I love seeing people's Switch collections and yes I did make it to the end 😂.
I think you should give Bloodstained Curse of the Moon a go. It started off as kickstarter stretch goal for BS Ritual of the Night but in my opinion it turned out to be the better game. Curse of the Moon has a great 8bit aesthetic and the soundtrack kicks arse!. There's also a sequel which is just as good. Challenging but fair. Even I was able to get through it with practice. Give it a go mate 🙂👍
You need to play octopath traveler 2 if you like sea of stars and pixel aet style , there is a big demo 6 hours long on the eshop, amazing game
Loved the video fella and I’ve added some games to my Switch wish list now after seeing them on this video 😀👍
Great video made to the end CODE WORD
An hour video on a Wednesday thankfull for small blessings
The switch has so many great games, and as great as some of the first party titles are, mario odyssey didn't need 999 moons or zelda 999 korok seeds, but I guess that's the way the gaming industry is these days, fill a game with whatever it may be to make it last for hours on end. I think i much prefer indie games for this reason.
Recently picked up Giana sisters twisted dreams from the local for £10. Price and box art sold it to me but yet to play it. Looks like a puzzle collectathon platformer. Believe its a sequel from a ds game. Worth checking out the trailer
Nice collection had a few that I’m definitely gunna look out for
great collection great content (watched all the way through as usual ) keep up the great work loving the channel
amazing collection, but here are some recommendations:
arms (fairly cheap at cex and a fun 1 on 1 fighter, just annoying that there arent many people online)
mario party superstars (fun, but it will ruin your relationship with your family)
sonic mania plus (if you dont own it on other platforms)
splatoon 2 (cheap at cex at the moment)
hyrule warriors age of calamity (criminally underrated)
SMASH ULTIMATE!!!!!!!! (why dont you have this???????)
Thank you for the commentary it has been good.🙏 🙌 😮
I have faith in you and know you’ll give Hollow Knight another go.
I’ll also go out and say I don’t think Blasphemous is as hard as its reputation. Tough but fair is what I’d call it.
Great collection with some real gems in there.
The slander on undertale was very upsetting.... we need to have words RG.
Haha, Just kidding obviously we all have different tastes. I am surprised you couldn't get on with it though, definitely in my top 10. I really enjoyed its writing and combat style with its game altering consequences depending on whether you killed the encounters or not. The music is chefs kiss too xD
Stellar video mate totally agree with you on the Zelda botw over totk both amazing but first one takes the win
CODEWORD ? lol great video
Picked up Sifu from this and got so many more on my list now 😂
Switch rules! Great video 👍
Me and my step son we own a switch each an it is enjoyable console an the games where to start theirs loads to collect
Games aren't getting harder. We're just getting older and slower lol. Games I used to clock as a kid on hard difficulty I would get my arse handed to me now playing as an adult. That's not to say I don't still enjoy them. But I know my limits. I/we might be able to get gud lol. But also as an adult life gets in the way in a way it never did as a child, so we don't have that time to put in to be the best we can be.
thats a lie cuz even as an adult we do have more time cuz as kids we were busy with school, homework etc xx
@@conorcotton4977 that's a long winded way of saying you're unemployed I suppose. I pull 12 hour shifts. By the time I haul arse through the door I have a maximum of 3 hours me time before iv got to consider hitting the sack for the next shift. On my days off I'm also a father (technically also am on my work days as well) who has parental responsibilities. Even the holiday I'm currently taking I chose to coincide with my kids school holidays as well. So in a roundabout way yours is a long winded way of saying you have no job and no adult responsibilities. You sure you still don't need to get any homework in?
@@steammachine3061 im way past collage actually and gaming is and can be a job as well you know xx
@@conorcotton4977 "is" and "can" suggests that it's not for you though.
@@conorcotton4977 sure but that's a for a really tiny portion of people. For every other adult with regular responsibilities they're just not going to have as much time for gaming as they did when they were kids and the mere fact you question it let's us know either you don't have a job, kids, or both. And there's no shame in that. But recognise that that will allow you more time to game than the average 'regular' adult.
Amazing video. Now do the other systems!! 😂😁🙏🏼
Code is "my minds gone blank" 😂
Watched to the end fella 100%
Watched it 😎
Watched till the end 👍
Enjoyed that one. Have you tried xenoraid, dredge or prodeus?
Nice collection
Just a quick on mate thinking heading up to vintage gamer so sometime this week whats the parking situation?
Little nightmares is brilliant on the ps4
Mario Odyssey not a great game? Wash your mouth out. I absolutely loved it. It made me feel like I was playing Mario 64 for the first time again.
...still watched to the end though.
😂
I played it once in co-op and found it very fun. Need to go back to it and finish it
64, sunshine and galaxy are better to me.
when it comes to the Crash Bandicoot Nzane trilogy, the Switch version runs so much worse than the PS4 version so I would recommend playing that
Your videos are quite addicting 😅
I finished Ganryu 2 on switch. But I wouldn't recommend. Way too frustrating, and a bit glitchy 😂
