As somebody who used to be a huge Nintendo collector - I recently hacked all of my consoles from Famicom to Wii U [and my PS1 and PS2 too] and I do not regret it. All of these physical games are slowly going to degrade and die over time - some already are - disc based games are just asking for it.. I respect the collection, but once you realise that you can condense this entire video game collection on to the size of a few micro sd cards and a few hard drives.. it just makes sense!

My Horse & Me, my god the memories, I did PR for both 1 on Wii and 2 later on at Atari. Hilarious to see you play this game, I think I still have a promo copy or 2 in storage for this one.
I picked up that Lost Planet steelbook at CeX a few years back when it was only £1 and it came with 2 bonus disks. Interesting how they had one copy but 2 disks.

The Orange Box on the PS3 is notorious for being pretty bad, which might also be a factor in the price difference. I think that's why the PS3 version of Portal 2 got some additional extras when it came out as an Apology.

Loved playing Lost Planet online on the 360 when it released, I sometimes see that edition and it's always in rancid condition usually without the sleeve, that's probably as good as it gets for a 17 year old game with that type of steelbook

ref room size, could you display snes and megadrive games at a 45 degree angle (may mean getting new shelves), that way you can see most ofthe box cover, but shelve more games on...if that makes sense?

Dead or alive 5 ultimate won't work after end of July unless you get the free dlc for it beforehand. I'd recommend watching my video on that fact. (can't speak for standard DOA5 but I imagine it's similar)

Concerning the price increases of X360 games, It's important to know that the X360 online store is closing down next month, so physical games will be more in demand.

@RetroGhetto update. My cat got better from the medication but worried about it coming back but used the money to pay bills and managed to get good amount of vouchers for 3ds stuff I have no interest in so got some games. I should be back as a ghetto member next month or the month after!
