As a collector, I try to keep things strict to games I really enjoy. I've regretted buying a lot of stuff on my past, and now I'm living by the rule "sometimes, less is more". I'm saving money, room, time searching items etc... Today I prefer to keep things like this to avoid look at a bunch of stuff and think "why did I buy this, I don't even like it...", or be hunting rare/expensive stuff. Gotta tell ya I'm happier now.
Man, i atarted collecting at a strange time. Just recently got the saboteur for $20 in like new condition and a few months ago won a bid on a really nice copy of Wet for $8 including shipping lol. Most of my other rarities were also expensive at the time (only been collecting for maybe a year and a half at this point), and most prices have increased since then for me in that short time. Most rare titles anyone can buy for Xbox 360, I've chased down and snagged really nice/clean and complete copies of.
It’s so weird because prices can change so quickly and depending when you start collecting different consoles can be cheaper or more expensive. It helps to have a few collecting goals to focus your efforts rather than be overwhelmed by trying to get everything (especially with prices nowadays).
Really interesting seeing what the top 10 games are in your 360 collection. It's crazy checking them and seeing how they're still continuing to climb. I loved b roll in this video. They were really hilarious. With the Xbox 360, I think most of the games will retain their current value. It was the last great Microsoft console and I think it shows.
Right? I’ll be keeping an eye on my collection app over the next couple months - curious to see where this goes. HAHA! Yeah - turns out that same trend about anime girls that was true in your video was also the same for me 😂🙈
Can’t believe I bought about half of these for $10-$20 around 8-10 years ago… missing the manuals for a couple though because at the time I was really young and didn’t focus too much on getting the games complete… just having them to play…
Last year, in 2023, I purchased and unboxed a brand new/factory sealed original 360 from 2006 and started collecting games for it. Something about the old fat white 360 is just so amazing. The unboxing and bootup of it is on my channel if you are interested. No RROD yet!
Nice video. Funny to see Jurassic Park: The Game mentioned, I found a copy yesterday (in box, but no manual) for $40 at a retro gaming store. Also, picked up CIB copies of Alice: Madness Returns, and Transformers: Fall of Cybertron. That bikini samurai game is backwards compatible and currently available on the Xbox Marketplace for $15...after playing some of it, id say its worth that price lol
Say or act how you will about Dead Or Alive Xtreme 2, but that game was never put into the Xbox 360 store for purchase. As a fan of the franchise I can tell you that the only way to get that 360 game is by physical copy.
Nice video! I fortunately have most of it though I am still after knights contract... But, the most valuable xbox 360 games in my collection would definitely be Operation Darkness, Culdcept saga and Spectral Force 3!
@@SaturdayMorningGamer for sure! I went after xbox 360 when people were clamoring over the Ps3, when the store closure was announced. Now, I will switch back to focusing on the Ps3 and Wii :)
I'm just here to feel bad about getting rid of games i had as a teenager lol. edit: What i've learned here is Boobs or 50 cent = money. But i already knew that.
Just a Head up, You have you tabs on Loose sold listings when I was looking at the items sold on your video when you brought up Price Charting. Secondly as he said for all. US dollars a are about $20+ lower on Games. Most games he showed will be over $100 in Canada. I'll give an Example in His his video he said Onechanbara is $93US in Canada it is $130 Minimum. Another example Wet is over $100 in Canada too. Most will hold their Value simply because of availability.
N32 is the only game here i played, got it as a rental back when thoes places still existed and loved it, I did play 50 cent bullet proof and doa xtreme beach volleyball but never their sequels shown here
The first game you showed with the girl I paid $2.99 in 2024 for that game that’s how much cheap it is then being expensive your buying mostly from scalpers they make cheap games cost a thousand that’s not expensive would you like to pay a scalper a price of a house for a game what the scalpers do is go buy out everything then make up their own prices
Digital Foundry made comparison about that The Saboteur and in that case the PS3 version is the way to go. One of the biggest problems in Xbox 360 version is that the anti-aliasing is made badly. There are other things too but if you want to play the better version of that game, get the PS3 version if you have PS3 and want to play the game. And of course The Saboteur is cheaper too because it haven't got affected because of price spikes. Though PS3 store is closing possibly next year, so if you wanna get it now, you'll save money. Of course from a collector point of view, the hardcore collectors get both versions. I do collect myself but I just got the PS3 version without getting it to Xbox 360. Besides, I have big problems with space since game consoles and games takes a lot of room. 😅
People are taking the most random shovelware game that literally no one cared about and jacking up the prices, it’s kinda funny actually. Highly doubt most will sell for those inflated prices too.
for some reason the game back to the future is selling for like 30 bucks on ebay. all the copies are selling for a lot of money, i didnt see any that were like 4 or 5 bucks like most 360 games.
If you see eBay there a lot of copies for sale with those prices, so is just speculation, because if they where rare games the selling copies must be rare as well
@@SaturdayMorningGamer I'm guessing they're just not in high demand... There's not that many collectors over here. People buy games they're nostalgic for, plays them, and sells them again.
@@SaturdayMorningGamer it seemed like you were hyper focused on prices, like it was more about the price, like it's a share or stock you're investing in instead of a game. It didn't feel like the focus was the quality of the game or your experience but more the price. Personally I stopped collecting and buying new games, partly because it was getting too expensive. I don't know man, I'm not trying to give you a hard time. Just a bit of feedback.
No sweat! It’s just, it IS a video about the 10 most expensive games in my 360 collection 😅 It was tough to look up prices and not notice that they had spiked due to the Microsoft store closure announcement…
@@SaturdayMorningGamer I watch so much 360 content lately I probably missed the title when I commented LoL, it was 6:30am when I watched this so gimme a break 😆😆
I'm only buying xbox 360 video games that I want to play
Sweet! What have you been buying?
I a copy of syndicate love that game
That's the best way to go
Only time I grab games I'm not interested in. Is when I buy a box of games for like 100 bucks.
Got like 30 games.
I want to play the saw video game but it’s 60$ on eBay.
Stop trying to oversell your bad purchases. The games are not what you say. They are as far as prices.
I managed to pick up 126 Xbox 360 games yesterday for $150, with titles such as Lollipop Chainsaw and Wet in the mix.
HUGE!! great score! ☺️

If you want to get Ninja Blade without breaking the bank the game still on sale digitally on steam but it's on PC and not xbox.

Parasite resellers and scalpers artificially inflating the prices of these games.

El Chavo Kart
