@@katoinedixon5086 what I found on the internet about dylan was this: Additionally, fan-favourite Dylan O’Brien who could not make it for Teen Wolf: The Movie due to clashing schedules has shared that he is open to the idea of a future appearance.
For anyone confused on Alison's age, she would actually be between 18-19 years old cause remember in the first season she says she's 17 and wasn't able to move up in grades cause she moved around a lot and we know she moved up a grade or 2 throughout the seasons, she she's is legal plus, she was legally dead and then 15 years passed, so, she technically is 33-34 years old as of right now
This reaction was way more entertaining than the actual movie! lol I was actually liking roughly the first hour or so of the movie when I first watched it, but then everything started to get to crazy and random in the last half. I'm probably around a 5/10 like Nathan mostly due to the nostalgia factor and there were some genuinely good moments, but not enough for me to call this a good movie. A few things which I think tie into them doing more movies: (1) Much like whenever Stiles missed episodes on the original series, in this movie there were a lot of references to Stiles as well as Eli's character felt a lot like Stiles, so I think that's Davis' way of paying tribute to the character because he knows that he was the most popular and best character of the series. And this is coming from someone who has major problems with the way Davis wrote the show in the last 3 seasons as well as whatever he was doing in this movie. But I think the showrunners are holding out hope that Dylan O'Brien will be open to being in the future movies. And as someone who wasn't the biggest Stydia shipper, it would really be nice to actually see them as a couple because I think they cheated the fans out of this on the show. I've had other shows where they threw a couple I liked together last minute and never got to see a real couple relationship. And I think the Stydia fandom deserves that. (2) The only reason I think Derek got killed off was because of he's tied up with the Superman and Lois show on the CW, which I think is a hit. I was even surprised the actor had time to do as many scenes in this movie as he did. I don't think he'd be available for future movies, so they had to kill him off in this. EDIT: You knew more about Derek's death than I did! lol Didn't know Hoechlin asked him to be killed off. (3) Also, mostly for Nathan, I'm not saying it was the greatest writing, but the plot of Lydia protecting Stiles by changing the future is something I've seen in done several other shows, particularly a couple of very popular comic book superhero series. If they get O'Brien back, I could totally see the next movie being about getting Stydia back together. And I agree about Eli. I thought the actor was a natural and a good addition to the franchise. EDIT: As to who his mother is, I thought it might be Jennifer, but not sure how that would work since Peter finished her off at the end of 3A. But the age lines up because Eli is 15 in the movie, which is supposed to be 15 years after Allison died on the show, near the end of Season 3B. Maybe Jennifer got miraculously got revived and had Eli in OffScreenville. I mean, they figured out a way to bring back Kate and Allison, so who knows?
Y'alls reaction to that Malia and Parrish scene had me dying. You looked so scandalized. 😂 This movie was terrible but your reaction at least made it bearable.
This movie was a little disappointing tbh. Where's Liam's personality? We never got to see an interaction between Liam and Mason. We were missing some essential characters, no Stiles, no kira, no isaac especially since he and Allison were literally in a relationship wuen she died. Why tfff did D have to die and Allsion and Scott got together after she's been DEAD for 10-15yrs. Melissa and Chris deserved better. Why was Jackson there? The random nude scenes??? Malian and Parrish is disgusting.
Jeff Davis negotiated a 3 movie deal with Paramount Plus, basically if the first movie does well he gets to make 2 more. Also Dylan O'Brian had scheduling conflicts during filming and could not make it work into his schedule so he had to bow out being a part of this movie. There is potential for him to come back for the 2nd and 3rd films if they are able to make the other movies. I agree with you about the Parrish and Malia thing, that completely came out of nowhere and I hate it.
No Dylan O'Brian basically said that there were no point for his character to be in the movie because his arc already end long time ago. He said that the news about the movie so soudain and out of nowhere he didnt even had time to think about it. And when I see how rushed this movie was I understand him
Someone made a really good point that out of Scott, Lydia and Malia only Malia has never been to the Nemeton (Scott did the ritual that showed where it was and Lydia was there with Theo … hell, Parrish went there multiple times cleaning up the Dread Doctors messes). So why in the heck, did Scott and Lydia need Malia to find the Nemeton for them?!

At 30:51 he’s referring to 15 year old Eli. Allison was 17/18 when she died because she was a year older then everyone it was mentioned back in season 1
Peter sniffing the ground like a literal scent hound is hilarious because: 1) his sense of smell is strong enough he wouldn’t need to be that close to distinguish it. More importantly: 2) the blood from stab wound is sufficient indicator.
I understand the reason stiles and lydia broke up. bur i wanted it to be stiles is undercover in the FBI, and he cant blow his cover to leave to help Scott because it would risk lives and all the work to stop whatever hes undercover in. you could even have him secretly contact Lydia well undercover because of her powers, she could help keep stiles informed so hes always a step ahead with his brain and her powers. Obviously they would say all this not show it, Lydia would fill people in with flashbacks when she goes to help Scott for her and for stiles
If Scott remained single after Allison died I might be able to believe his behavior regarding Allison in the movie, but the fact that he had two other girlfriends (that we know of) makes it seem so unbelievable. You’d think by then he would’ve long passed moved on with his life, now he just looks pathetic
It seemed believable for it to be in his wallet after Allison died and prior to him actually moving on with Kira in season 4. However yeah it’s so random for him to still have that photo when he had like 2 other relationships it seemed to me that Scott moved on and was invested into those relationships now it just seems like he used them both to fill the void and wasn’t fully invested.
@@rogueshay853 actually, they were broken up when she died remember? They broke up at the end of season 2 and in season 3 Allison was seeing Isaac and Scott was starting to take an interest in Kira
@Matthew Bee yeah but I'm talking about her death. It's not like they broke and she moved on while he didn't. She died in his arms in a very violent and traumatic way. Him having that is understandable. They both loved each other
It's been a while since I've watched the show, but Derek seemed to be a tragic character who needed some stability. He needed friends and family. In the movie, he got exactly what he needed. Dare I say that Derek was happy at the beginning of the movie as he had a job, business, home (a real home), kid, and real friends? Then he gets a heroic end. It was sad, but what a character. Good character. Good actor.

57:58 That’s not supposed to work! Yes the silver kills the Oni, but it was Allison making silver arrowheads instead of the traditional bullet that was the key to killing them. When Chris was 18 he shot one and broke the mask, but the bullet went through instead of staying lodged in like an arrow.
honestly you guys would LOVE yellowstone, your reactions would be fun. if you guys have a list of potential shows, it’s unlike anything else you guys watch. definitely an S tier phenomenal show! 💕
My friends and I were joking that Lydia could have stayed with Stiles and they could have just bought a new car, travelled in separate vehicles or hell, taken public transportation but that was too much effort for Lydia so she dipped.
The annoying part is that we are never going to see any of the wolves true power. I mean think about In season 5 Hayden focused on her emotional bound with Liam and jumped on top of ICan House like she was Superman. Season 4 Derek stated that because of Liam’s anger issues it would make strong once he learned how to harness it. Later that season Derek destroyed a berserker that no one could manage to do. And in season 3 Scott broke through the mountain ash through will power which Deten said that no supernatural could do it. Like their power comes from harnessing their emotions and channeling it through the supernatural power. But none of them seem to know how to fully control their emotions. But if they did, no matter if they were an alpha, beta, or an omega they would be insanely powerful. Like most wolves kill because its the quickest way to gain power. And that’s what was so wrong about the alpha pack. Like if they hadn’t been so at war with the hunters and with each other they wouldn’t have taken the easiest way out gain power by killing. And they would’ve realized that they could’ve been even stronger with out it. Like that’s why Ducalian was so afraid of Scott because Scott had the potential of harnessing his power through his emotions. That’s why he became a true alpha. He pushed through with emotional will. But like most wolves he needs to know how to do it on command. Thats why in season 6 they made Gerard the villain. He was the perfect villain for Scott because he challenge him to be an alpha who kills or an alpha who could beat him with out killing. People like Ducalian and Peter didn’t fully get that because they were so used to living to just surviving. But Denton said that werewolves in beacon hills were supposed to be protectors not monsters. It’s kinda like in avatar in last air binder every avatar either killed their villain or died before they could find another way to beat them. Aang was the first one to find another way even though everyone was telling him to kill the fire lord. It’s the same thing with wolves.
Thank you for the reaction🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰. I was fine with the movie until the moment I know that Lydia left Stiles because of a dream and she doesn’t use her powers because of it, which is disappointing because there are way better reasons for her to stop using her powers while for Stiles not being there which there are better reasons for example he is working hard in the FBI or they had kids and he is taking care of them. I didn’t wait 6 seasons for Stiles and Lydia to get together for Jeff to break them in a movie. Like Dylan said he was happy with Stiles ending which being with Lydia but they disrespected that and played with his character like when Allison actress said she wanted to leave they didn’t play with her character at all. I am happy for Allison and Scott even if I actually didn’t want them together but good for them having a happy ending. I am disappointed with Derek death didn’t make since for me at all. If they make another movie they better get Stiles and Lydia back together, I still don’t understand the break up like how did Stiles let her go I am sure he wouldn’t let her leave.
I think y’all would like this series called Wolfblood. It’s a British series about creatures called Wolfbloods. They’re basically werewolves except they can control their transformations during the day and night, they’re weakest when a new moon is out, and like a werewolf, they lose control during a full moon. You should definitely check it out.
@Just Us Allison and Scott first met in class on her first day of school and then she came to the vet later that night when she hit the dog. Ol' boy kept saying the vet scene was the first time they met when that isn't the case.
Just saying when Chris said innocent 15 year old he was talking about Eli and also when Allison came back to life she was unconscious and looked really young because she was aging to the age she was supposed to be also When the show ended Malia was like 17-18 and Parrish was like 24 tops so for the movie to take place 15 years later that’s not that bad
Allison isn't 15 in the movie by the way she is adult age, the scene were they mention the innocent 15 year old there talking about Eli. Also he took the tale to use the oni.
30:50 🤦🏻♂️Allison literally turns 17 in season 1 when she skips school with Scott. Remember? She’s not 15 and that’s not them confirming it. Chris (Allison’s father) said to Peter that he’ll stop anyone who tries to kill an innocent 15 year old MEANING he’ll stop her (ALLISON) for trying to kill Eli (15 year old) that he was talking about
i'm fully watching for the first time with y'all, i tried to watch it when it came out but i cringed so hard i had to turn everything off and go to sleep
Did y’all know they teased stiles In the lacrosse scene Scott got number 13 and Eli got 11 (Scott’s old number) and if you add it, they make 24 and that was stiles number
Allison should be 17 because that’s how old she turned in the first season. She even made a big deal about keeping it a secret because she was bullied about being so much older than the other students in her grade.
She was 17 when she came back to life, but then was aged all the way back to what would be her current age in the show if she never died. (The hospital scene shows her realizing herself getting older) 👍
@@YoloSwaggMcJagger that’s what the movie may have done to hand wave the icky connotations away - and the scene you’re mentioning could just be her confusion on her body being older (honestly, I wasn’t really paying that much attention to the scene) - however, that doesn’t change the fact that she has 15+ years worth of life experiences she’s missed out on. If you really think about it this situation is worse than Malia’s, because at least Malia was experiencing life even if it wasn’t a human one.
I'm shocked at how many reactors that say they watched the series didn't catch that the hooded guy was Mr. Harris right off the bat in the opening scene.

I still haven't gotten over Derek's death I hate Jeff Davis for having this for us I hope there's a second Teen Wolf movie and if there is I hope Derek comes back 😭
@BabyTurbzzWrldd best for his character how? He died the exact same way his family did in FRONT OF HIS KID. That is not a poetic full-circle ending. That was unnecessary generational trauma that did not need to be caused. Truthfully though, I hope Derek doesn't come back because Tyler Hoechlin deserves so much better than what they keep doing to his character.
You guys are correct, no one else reacted to the stairs scene 😄. Anyways, do you know they did the script on the go as they were shooting. If they had put a little effort on the script, the movie would have been much better.
1. What’s funny is that they had to use the sword that killed Allison to bring her back right? But the thing is that in season 3 when she died, those monsters take their swords with them… like they don’t leave their weapons behind so how did they get the sword that killed Allison? 2. In the end is season 6, there is a whole enemy that was unbeaten, so why did they not continue that storyline I feel like that would have made more sense. Cuz if they beat this villain in season 3, why don’t they know how to beat the same villain now? (Unless they explained it) 😂😂😂😂😂
There are going to be a teen wolf 2 movie Tyler posey that produces the movie said that the script of the sequel was done written but Jeff Davis said theirs other films in the future and he did another show called wolf pack but it’s not a spin off that is connected to teen wolf
I bet Hoechlin just wants to leave Teen Wolf behind and wanted Derek to die, but Jeff slipped those red eyes in just in case there is another movie. Then there will another ritual and resurrection.
Im hoping that Scott will give Stiles the bite in the sequel to save Stiles from s car accident or other injuries. I do agree that Lydia's reason for the break up was silly.. Im ppraying for a sequel to resolve the Stydia break up and Derek's death. Plus Eli is an interesting new character.

Firstly, your reaction was awesome, I enjoyed it so much! And secondly, thank you Nathan! The first person that I’ve seen acknowledge the fact that Derek was killed by fire the same way his family was. It was already bad enough when I thought he was going to die at the start of the film, but then for him to actually die and for it to be by FIRE!? While I appreciate him becoming a true alpha in that moment, at least that was my interpretation of it as well, to go to the effort of bringing all these characters back just for Derek, one of the best characters of the show, to die, was absolute bs. Why do the writers feel the need to sexualize her?! I hate how she was basically acting like how she was in season 3-4! She had so much development!
@Laura exactly! I mean she shifts into a coyote! That could’ve been her naked scene, not some disgusting hookup
@@matthewbee128exactly she has so much depth
A few things which I think tie into them doing more movies:
(1) Much like whenever Stiles missed episodes on the original series, in this movie there were a lot of references to Stiles as well as Eli's character felt a lot like Stiles, so I think that's Davis' way of paying tribute to the character because he knows that he was the most popular and best character of the series.
And when I see how rushed this movie was I understand him
@@kikietle4207 he also took a stand for arden cho

Someone made a really good point that out of Scott, Lydia and Malia only Malia has never been to the Nemeton (Scott did the ritual that showed where it was and Lydia was there with Theo … hell, Parrish went there multiple times cleaning up the Dread Doctors messes). So why in the heck, did Scott and Lydia need Malia to find the Nemeton for them?!
The Nemeton moves and Malia has the strongest tracking abilities because she spent so much time as a coyote
Honestly I agree with Nathan, they did not have to break up stiles and Lydia. They could’ve said that stiles and Lydia got married or something and stiles was away on an FBI mission. Honestly it feels like the movie wasn’t Jeff Davis’s best work. The Teen Wolf show feels like his best work. Even his new show Wolf Pack seems like his best work. But the movie felt like there wasn’t much of plot there. Like the characters didn’t get much of role. Jackson only got a few lines and he didn’t really use his powers. Same with peter and malia. And Malias character in the movie felt like they regressed her to the person she was before she was apart of the pack. Way more socially awkward and more of a loner. When in the show she grew with group. With Kira, Stiles, Lydia and Scott. They didn’t have to do that or break her in Scott so that Alison and him could be together. And Derek DEFINITELY didn’t have to die.
And yea Nathan was right, they left so many questions. Why did Argent and Melisa break up, what happen to the hunters when season 6 ended, why aren’t Liam and mason talking, and where did so many kitsunes come from? It really felt like it was a low production movie because each character didn’t get that much of a role and the climax wasn’t as good as it could be. Like the Nogitsune was a big villain in Teen wolf. His riddles, the mysteries, the illusions and his famous void stiles was a huge climax in season 3. But the movie didn’t make him that intense. And there wasn’t that much information on Mr. Harries background or how got resurrected to make him a villain
Yeah, Harris conveniently forgetting that he was helping said Druid (actually a Darach). Harris mentioned it before he was sacrificed and died.
More importantly: 2) the blood from stab wound is sufficient indicator.
honestly i think it would've been great to see this in theatres just to publicly yell at it with a bunch of strangers
Lol I agree. The catharsis and solidarity we needed 🤣
So, while Scott was slow-mo kissing Kira and showering with Malia, Allison’s photo was hiding in his wallet.
@@cp2342 I mean it’s not like they broke up. She died.
They both loved each other
Rip the goat derek man he went through so much trauma Jeff Davis really done him dirty
Good actor.
I knew Davion was was gonna be happy about the Allison scene
BEEN WAITING FOR THIS! IMO Stiles is the second best character. To me Derek is definitely the best character and not only that but also the best looking but everyone has their own opinions
Exactly !
Derek is the GOAT
@@melodyruiz383 Yes he definitely is. I've already seen the movie 5 times and cry everytime he dies. They better make a second movie. If they brought Allsion back then they can bring Derek back
@@racheltyree1554 nah, bro, I think Tyler’s done playing he character. Besides JD keeps trying to give Derek crappy storylines, which might be part of the reason Tyler left to begin with.
Agree loved the first 3 seasons and did continue to halfway through 5 but that where it lost me. I honestly felt Derek carried the show in my opinion he was awesome and really liked Peter and Argent too.
A banshee’s wail is supposed to be a death omen, but in Teen Wolf it’s a physical attack move and now helps restore memories.
literally season 2-4 that’s what it was. she evolved into being able to defend herself with it in season 5-6. the memories part i can’t speak on honestly. i didn’t view it as that bringing her memories back
And that to the long list of things that don’t make sense in the movie
57:58 That’s not supposed to work! Yes the silver kills the Oni, but it was Allison making silver arrowheads instead of the traditional bullet that was the key to killing them. When Chris was 18 he shot one and broke the mask, but the bullet went through instead of staying lodged in like an arrow.
Just so you guys know, Ian Bohen (Peter Hale) is a series regular in Yellowstone and is phenomenal. I adore his character in it. ❤

I just found out he is going to be out of a job soon Yellowstone will only have 5 seasons and it's done sadly.
I love Yellowstone my grandpa got me into it Ian is so good in it
@@KHWendy28 wait. Yellowstone season 5 is the last season???
he's also a racist so
My friends and I were joking that Lydia could have stayed with Stiles and they could have just bought a new car, travelled in separate vehicles or hell, taken public transportation but that was too much effort for Lydia so she dipped.
Teen wolf succeeded in a lot of areas, a stable power scale was never one of them
@Just Us To the one that said Crystal Reed aged beautifully, she had work done to her face.
I really hope they get to follow Eli if they decide to do a Teen Wolf series. I want to know who his mother is
The final scene with Eli looks like a spin off waiting to happen. I'd like to know who is mother is too.
I’m late but this reaction was so good, and I agree Jeff Davis is PETTTY
The ass and the f bombs cracked me up 😂
I think y’all would like this series called Wolfblood. It’s a British series about creatures called Wolfbloods. They’re basically werewolves except they can control their transformations during the day and night, they’re weakest when a new moon is out, and like a werewolf, they lose control during a full moon. You should definitely check it out.
I'm so happy you made this reaction video, I was so looking forward to it, you four are amazing, I love what you do, keep it up.
The fact that Lydia’s wail was probably one of the last things alison heard and then it was the thing to bring back her memories😭😭 besties fr
Since Hikari is obviously a Kira substitute, how messed up would it be if Kira let Scott borrow her foxfire to help her ex with his ex?
I think Kira would have done it and it would have been more impactful due to their history
@Just Us Allison and Scott first met in class on her first day of school and then she came to the vet later that night when she hit the dog. Ol' boy kept saying the vet scene was the first time they met when that isn't the case.
The part where he says kills an innocent 15 year old Hes talking about Allison killing 15 year old eli
I’m pretty sure Deaton was the one who first told Scott to bite him since you can’t be a fox and a wolf which he read from the scroll 43:08
Chris (Allison’s father) said to Peter that he’ll stop anyone who tries to kill an innocent 15 year old MEANING he’ll stop her (ALLISON) for trying to kill Eli (15 year old) that he was talking about
BOOM exactly
i'm fully watching for the first time with y'all, i tried to watch it when it came out but i cringed so hard i had to turn everything off and go to sleep
I like that little animated werewolf thing on the shelf it looks cool
I'm confused how Harris is alive he literally got sacrificed
Did y’all know they teased stiles
In the lacrosse scene Scott got number 13 and Eli got 11 (Scott’s old number) and if you add it, they make 24 and that was stiles number
Allison should be 17 because that’s how old she turned in the first season. She even made a big deal about keeping it a secret because she was bullied about being so much older than the other students in her grade.
Ty.
I’m sorry but the live action of Scooby Doo is a _masterpiece_
Finally! I was more excited to see your guys’ reaction to this is than the movie itself.
The only part I enjoyed in this movie was Eli and Derek father/son duo, anything besides that I pretend didn't happen
The kitsune was called Hikari btw x
Alison was 17. They made a big deal about it back in season 1 when she didn't want anyone to know how old she was.
Jeff was teasing in an interview that if there was another movie, they may expand on Eli’s mom.
Y’all came so far from teen wolf ep to this movie , always fun to watch your reactions
y'all fucking killed me with this one. teen wolf is what made me find your channel in the first place
Remember how Malia’s love helped Scott to regrow his eyes back because of their true love?
I think that was love for alpha, not love for Scott himself
I'm shocked at how many reactors that say they watched the series didn't catch that the hooded guy was Mr. Harris right off the bat in the opening scene.
He took the tail so he can control the Onis. The onis can only be controlled by the fox or anyone with the fox tail
Y’all should see wolf pack by Jeff Davis. It’s new
Fun fact: Eli and Scotts jerseys add up to 24 aka stiles jersey number lol. i don't know if that's a coincidence lol.

I still haven't gotten over Derek's death I hate Jeff Davis for having this for us I hope there's a second Teen Wolf movie and if there is I hope Derek comes back 😭
@BabyTurbzzWrldd no all of that was an illusion
but did y’all see dereks eyes before he “died”. they went from blue to red… true alpha moment?
@BabyTurbzzWrldd this is teen wolf hun, anything is possible.
Derick body wasn’t there so… and he’s eyes glowed like an True Alpha
@BabyTurbzzWrldd best for his character how? He died the exact same way his family did in FRONT OF HIS KID. That is not a poetic full-circle ending. That was unnecessary generational trauma that did not need to be caused. Truthfully though, I hope Derek doesn't come back because Tyler Hoechlin deserves so much better than what they keep doing to his character.
You guys are correct, no one else reacted to the stairs scene 😄. Anyways, do you know they did the script on the go as they were shooting. If they had put a little effort on the script, the movie would have been much better.
the only way i’d ever watch this movie was through ur reaction and i’m glad i did y’all are so funny
1. What’s funny is that they had to use the sword that killed Allison to
bring her back right? But the thing is that in season 3 when she died, those monsters take their swords with them… like they don’t leave their weapons behind so how did they get the sword that killed Allison?
2. In the end is season 6, there is a whole enemy that was unbeaten, so why did they not continue that storyline I feel like that would have made more sense. Cuz if they beat this villain in season 3, why don’t they know how to beat the same villain now? (Unless they explained it) 😂😂😂😂😂
I’m a huge fan of teen wolf but I do truly understand why some ppl are disappointed but I did love it cuz I missed teen wolf a shit load
There are going to be a teen wolf 2 movie Tyler posey that produces the movie said that the script of the sequel was done written but Jeff Davis said theirs other films in the future and he did another show called wolf pack but it’s not a spin off that is connected to teen wolf

While I’ll never get back the 2+ hours I wasted watching the movie before, watching your 1+ hour reaction helped.
I bet Hoechlin just wants to leave Teen Wolf behind and wanted Derek to die, but Jeff slipped those red eyes in just in case there is another movie. Then there will another ritual and resurrection.
15:03 he didn’t dream about a 15 year old and malia wasn’t 15 when Parrish knew her they were 18
Nogitsune took the fox tales to get control over the Oni. They did this in season 4 when void stiles took Kira's mom's tales

I’m just gonna appreciate the good moments from this movie and pretend that Derek lives a happy life with Eli like he deserves!
