Am a Nutritionist.According to us , your dinner time is good.But suggestion is that you should go to bed atleast 2 hours of eating dinner if possible.Or else you may have cravings. You can have a glass of milk or warm water before going to bed. Do not eat any food item at 12.30 midnight.
It's because you are sleeping late. You have to go to bed by 10 pm if you're having dinner by 8 pm. If it's impossible for you to sleep earlier owing to work or anything of that sort, you can have a cup of milk with a few (4-5) almonds at bedtime before you go to sleep. That will keep your cravings at bay and will take care of hunger if any at that time. Also try and include more protein and fibre in your dinner

🙄did you mean 1am?? Nobody should be awake at that time. Go to bed. Give that stomach some rest.
