Im currently rebuilding an 89 250 2 stroke and came across this video trying to get my bike started and running given the thing aint got no compression but found some stuff out and now i know how to take the top end off properly and take a look, i believe you just helped me get the bike running thank you !!!!!
Mines a 95 yz 250. I put wr tank n seat on it and bput to put a 9 or 11 Oz flywheel weight on it, I race it in hate scrambles, it's as fast as the new ktms lol, it's a good old bike.

what brand of piston did you install ?
It was a vertex
Does the cylinder and and the top parts from an 1990 fit on an 1991 yz250?
Do you have a link to kit you bought ? Or do you know what size you got I have a 92 thanks bro
