  • This build started in Dec of 2020 and finished in May of 2021. It was the first full bike build I have ever done. The idea was to take a classic bike and modernize it a bit with newer suspension and a freshly rebuilt motor. I had such a great time building this bike and learned so much while doing so. This bike is definitely no trailer queen and gets ridden often. Be sure to follow me on instagram (Next_Project_AZ). I have documented this build in much more detail and have linked the videos below.

      @@strangeblocks5756 If you spent 500 bucks then running it "till it blows" sounds like a real plan. LOL. If you're lucky you'll destroy the top end and then the crank and gearbox can get all wrecked as well. That should be around $2,000 right there to replace all of that if it isn't too far gone.

    Hello, good video! I wanted to ask you what country you are from, I'm from Argentina! I have one of those 1993 YZ 250 motorcycles and I can't find spare parts, I wanted to know if there is anything in your country

    Looking sweet! Currently busy with the exact same model, got some great tips from your build, one question? Did you leave the rear shock standard? If so, do you know if a '06 will fit?

    • @NextProjects
      @NextProjects  2 года назад +3

      The rear shock is not standard. I put the 06 yz450f rear shock in, direct bolt in. No mods needed. 👍

      @Solihull.landscapes Год назад

      I'm assuming 06 to 09 yzf250/450 rear shock are similar .. will fit my 93/95 yz250 ,, is that correct lads or not , please advise

      @@Solihull.landscapes The 4 strokes are much heavier than the 2 strokers. I'd just buy a genuine OEM for your year bike. There are plenty of them around if you look for them.
