First, ensure that your WOL settings on your desktop and BIOS are enabled.
Second, ensure that the Wake On Lan software can initiate WOL.
Finally, install the Macro Droid App:
- Triggers: look for Webhook and specify a personalized URL - Actions: search for UDP Command, fill in your IP address and your PC's MAC address (make sure you put 0xffffffffffff followed by your MAC address x16 with no additional space or hyphen)
Fourth, establish an IFTTT applet by selecting Google Assistant and your customized speech trigger, as well as adding the Webhook Action with the Macro droid URL.

No, lan means your closed home wifi, as far as I know, you would need to set up a vpn from www to your home wifi.
