Is it possible to get 360 flare by folding the fabric in bias form ?... I mean in triangular shape..since most ankara fabrics are always not long enough( length 45)

It’s not possible ma
If you fold it in triangular shape it will give you 180 degrees flare
When cutting 360 degrees flare using Ankara fabric you always have to join to your fabric
