Yes you can,just fold it into 4 and cut the normal 360 with your full length then split into 2. Then trim the front part only and blend at the side seam

To cut any cloth, first you need to have confidence in that you can do it. Please feel free to follow the procedures in the tutorial ok

@@faithdavid365 Yes, you will first minus the half length from 40, which will give you 25, then add 10 to that 25= 35. Cut out that 35 as your flare, then watch the video again to know how to trim the front part

Ok, just divide the waist circumference by 4 then add 1inch if you don't want pleats. Then measure the full length first, while cutting the flare part. It is from that full length you'll cut out the front length and then blend it to the back
