    Great stuff Jack. Doing the business again and again. I want to catch a baldie! Never caught one of Perth. I guess I need to go deeper? Reckon the tinny will be good for a deeper bash??
    You definitely had to keep that Dhu. 30 meters is pretty deep, and anyway it was a reasonable size. Mine was just too small and much shallower. Great vid 👍

      Hey man yes I certainly are having a good run on this ski, loving it too haha 🎣🔥🚀 baldie would be my favourite eating fish at the moment they are delicious, iv got the odd one just on the back of the 3 but if you head out just behind the 3 an drift around cray pots you will score one ✅ on the right day your tinny would easily get out there but just do what your comfortable with you seem to be smashing the inshore anyway ✅🤙🏼🎣

    Hey Jack, how are you finding the jetski for fishing? I've been thinking about it for years. What made you settle on the fishpro? Did you consider any boats at that price range as well?

    • @rush.gang.fishing
      @rush.gang.fishing  6 месяцев назад +1

      Hey mate 👋 I love the FishPro epic bit of kit for sure, great to fish off & play around on haha 🚀🎣 So the ski isn’t mine, Seadoo sport in Bayswater have been kind enough too let me have a play on it ✅ get in for a chat with the boys there & they will look after you. If you enjoy fishing for a few hours at a time an enjoy some alone time these are perfect, takes bugger all clean up as well. Great option in my opinion. Like last week, I just shot out caught a snapper then came back in I prob wouldn’t do that in a boat as too much effort but ski is just too easy ✅🎣

    • @ashmodownunder
      @ashmodownunder 6 месяцев назад +1

      My thoughts exactly. It would get way more use than a boat. I might head there this week or next. If I do I'll mention your name 😁

    • @rush.gang.fishing
      @rush.gang.fishing  6 месяцев назад

      @@ashmodownunder definitely man, both boat and ski have there advantages but yeah ski is certainly more fun to play on & catches fish all the same as the boat, definitely, it’s a wicked shop. Lachy, James or one of the boys In there will look after you ✅🎣🚀

  • @tin-yetti
    @tin-yetti 8 месяцев назад +1

    Nice run.
    I was watching your baiting technique, I would always do head up and put the top hook in first any reason you do it the other way?
    Your sounder image looks very different to mine, but I rarely run full screen, usually split with map.
    That's the whole reason size limits were dropped, the fish was dead anyway. Better dead in your bag limit and in your belly, than floating away dead all the same.

    • @rush.gang.fishing
      @rush.gang.fishing  8 месяцев назад

      Hey mate!! I don’t know why I do head down Iv always just done it like that haha 😎 my thoughts a snapper likes to smash a bait head first that’s why I rig it that way but it for tailor I’d always rig other way, the. I have a mate who catches waaaay more snapper then me an he would always rig opposite to me haha prob doesn’t even matter 🤣🎣 yeah to be honest that dhu fish was delicious and the perfect feed for me an my wife. Still a good meal for two a fish that size.

    Nice work again mate. Toying with the idea of a boat around 4.5-5m in length.... approx how far off the coast are you if you don't mind me asking... will help determine if my boat will be big enough. Cheers 🍻

    • @rush.gang.fishing
      @rush.gang.fishing  7 месяцев назад +1

      Thanks mate!! If you watch a bit of me and Scotty ( saltfix ) we mostly fish inshore, a lot of fish inshore if you put the time in you start to learn you don’t have to travel very far at all to catch a feed ✅ in this video I’m just out behind the 3 mile reef if you are familiar with that. I don’t go any further then that about 30m is as deep as I venture out too. Get the boat hahaha ✅✅🎣

      May want to delete your comment bud as that’s a bit of a silly thing to say. I don’t know if you have been living under a rock or not but the laws have changed, you may want to do some research. Dhu fish have no size limit now. You are far better to keep what you catch instead of “releasing” dead fish to try upsize. Catch up bud ✅😎

      @@rush.gang.fishing 😆 so you keep all dhu fish that pip their guts. What a fucking clown especially claiming using light line for these species is a good thing making it worse. What a rock creeper you are scumbag

    • @rush.gang.fishing
      @rush.gang.fishing  2 месяца назад

      Righto mate, so your telling me if I get a 47cm dhu, like I stated in the video, becouse it’s small I should have chucked it back even though it would have died then potentially killed more fish while trying to upsize? In my opinion if a fish that’s legal to keep comes up in bad health then the fisho should keep that fish rather then chucking back a buggered fish just to bugger another fish? I personally think killing two fish in the session is enough but each to there own I guess, I wasn’t out trophy hunting, just chasing a feed for my family. If only it was a whole 3cm longer not to upset you 🙄
