HGTV needs to give you a show! You guys are amazing. Not only with your projects, but the production of your videos is outstanding! Clear, precise instruction, great quality video and lighting, and that music was so spot on with your voice overs. Really wonderful.
Really agree. i heard before she mentioned that she's not one of the lucky girls that been sponsored by RUclips company and produce videos as their full time job and get paid . Her works are so tremendous and so incredible, i think RUclips should discover and explore her channel, they are truly one of the best on RUclips.
i love how professional, yet simple your diys are. they always have a classy look to them and you present them in such a way that seems easy enough for even a beginner crafter.
THIS IS how DiY videos should be. Thorough details but quick and to the point. No grueling chitter chatter about personal life and relationships. I HATE when people try to incorporate that "storytiiiimmeee" bullcrap into a DiY tutorial. This girl knows how to do tutorials! Two thumbs up!!
thank you for taking time to upload ideas for "grown up" rooms. most of the diy videos on youtube are for teens and dorms and is full of neon pink... this was a change i appreciated!
WOW... that mirror and that light. Just stunning. All your pillows are beautiful too. I was watching some of your old room tour videos from your other places you lived in, and it is so much fun to see how your taste and style have changed over the years. I hope you can maybe do an updated room/cottage tour in an upcoming video. Happy new year to you and Michael!
Christine, I absolutely Love your designs, and I love all the more the simplicity of each one of them. I'm sure that I will be doing them on my channel. tfs! God Bless U! Luv U girl! I am a new subbie! Tfs!
I love your decorating ideas, I love that they are for the MATURE audience. Not that Teenagers are not mature, just that some one in their early or mid 30's or 40's would not decorate with "paper cups with lights in it". ect...Thanks for sharing your talents and videos.
Exactly! Whenever I see a video using paper cups or cardboard I just use real items in their place, like wood or whatever. I would never have decor in my house like that. A lot of good ideas but need to be amped.
You always do such a heat job of adding texture to your projects. Obviously, with all that white, it is imperative that you add something to break it up and allow the eye to rest -or in this case of so much serene white maybe it is to get it more excited? IDK. A monochromatic room- or even an entire house- is super easy to do. Just buy everything or paint everything white. But to make a BEAUTIFUL all-white room takes skill, vision, and maybe a little magic. You make it look easy but I know it isn't. All the texture and the pops of silver metallic are just gorgeous and your space is so calming and peaceful and beautiful. I would have NEVER thought to use silver metallic twist ties as I would never have thought it would look anything but cheap and tacky but it worked VERY well for the light project. Question: After the top row, you had to make longer twist ties in order to allow the string of lights to hang where you wanted them. Did you try to punch two small holes- near each other-through the shade, at the level you wanted the light to be, then thread the twist tie through those two holes and around the light string? It would seem easier to me but I wondered if you tried it and it was a fail or it showed to much. I have been trying to find some fun, affordable, and romantic lights to hang at our bedsides but no luck and this might just be the perfect answer.
You always do such beautiful things for your place and you came up with some really good ideas again. Tell Michael hello. I am glad to see that the two of you are still doing it together.
They probably disliked because apparently these people don't have kids, or else the house wouldn't be so white, and/or because she speaks so fast and not very clear on the products or how things are put together.
Oh girl u are so amazing woman very creative u have so many idea that is helping me so much....thank you so much God bless u and your family...atlease if we cant afford to buy we can do our self the more important is hardworking....not everybody born in rich family like me so all this ideas give intellect to do that...
Now I know it is grommets that I need for several ideas. Thank you. I love your channel and your husband is such a fun character. You are so gorgeous and your videos are enjoyable to watch.
Krista Raisa hey I saw a video just earlier actualy about how to make pillow covers Without havunf to sow! I wish I had the link, I would send it to ya!
I loved the chandelier in this video so much, but was very disappointed when the closest thing I could find to the lights Christine used were 60 dollars a set on Amazon. She used 2 in the video & I was not willing to pay 120$ for this chandelier when I could buy one pre-made and maybe even prettier for the same price. I ended up going to Hobby Lobby and found some Christmas garland that was on sale. One was pearly and one was silvery, without lights though, & sewed it with fishing line to my lampshade. I then added the lights under the layers of garland. I personally like it better than Christine's. Of course it was much much more work than what hers seemed to be since I literally had to stitch every inch of garland on. It ended up taking me about 4 days workin about three hours each day to finish it maybe more, but it was super worth it! So for all of you out there that can't find the lights, I encourage you to think outside the box, break the mold & innovate! You can do it!
Please adopt me as your son!!! I love everything about home decor and serious home organizations. lol. You deserve more recognition and million subscribers. You are truly stand out among all of these RUclipsrs that only talk about how they do their make up and being pretty.
Loved almost all the DIYs, especially the pillows and the mirror art. I just noticed it was Michael rocking the sewing machine....something I can't do!
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I've been trying to figure out how to update my light fixtures without hiring an electrician for so long. This is awesome. Thanks again.
If you have a garden ridge or an at home store near you they have them pretty cheap. I saw them last week for I think about $70. Also marshals or homes goods may have them, I saw them last year for sure.
OMGEE, your Amaze Ball, I am on a budget just because my husband hates to spend money on decor . thxs. I just found your blog. love, love love your channel

My goodness, such simple ideas with huge impacts. they all make such a difference in the appearance of the room. im so inspired.
The mirror artpiece is BEAUTIFUL!!
So nice to see a tutorial that starts right off on getting started...instead of the first 3 minutes of intro and salutations!
Great job!!

The broken mirror project was my favorite, but they were all really great ideas. Thanks so much for sharing.
YEY FOR FAUX SHEEPSKIN!!!! No animal needs to die for décor! Thank you!
Omg!!! Love this diy!! This is a perfect solution for drab apt. light fixtures.

Those pillows are so cute!
You always do such beautiful things for your place and you came up with some really good ideas again. Tell Michael hello. I am glad to see that the two of you are still doing it together.
Seriously, how can 1,000 people dislike this video? It's amazing!
I know???
They probably disliked because apparently these people don't have kids, or else the house wouldn't be so white, and/or because she speaks so fast and not very clear on the products or how things are put together.
Cool
or maybe they disliked it because they don't appreciate great ideas..she did a fantastic job... !!
Right
How awesome! I never would have thought to wrap garland around a lampshade. It looks so cool!

Where can i get your vanity chair ?! I'm in love, i want one just like that? Does anyone know or of any similar ones ? PLEASEEEEE
They are called Ghost Chairs. Search Amazon (I got one for $99). They are made out of heavy duty plastic/acrylic.
If you have a garden ridge or an at home store near you they have them pretty cheap. I saw them last week for I think about $70. Also marshals or homes goods may have them, I saw them last year for sure.
