    If after due process, someone is ruled incompetent to stand trial, they should also be ruled incompetent to possess or use firearms. In keeping with that logic, they should also be legally incompetent to drive, operate heavy machinery, fly aircraft, enter into any legal contract, etc. If criminals want to play the "incompetent as a defense" game, we can take it all the way.

      That’s not always an accurate statement. Sometimes thug cops go too far. I use the instances in Loveland as examples
