Great collaboration with Kraus! I am happy with the seat. Now we just need to find a good seat for my wife on her Road Glide Special. She has tailbone issues. Any suggestions? Thanks for the comment and keep up the great work!

Hello, I just watched your video review on your Saddlemen Kraus Pro Series. I'm 5'6" tall and already lower my bike 1" but I need to be able to reach my stand and controls a little better that's why I'm seriously considering this seat for my 2017 SGS. I'm looking for comfort level, reach and of course the look is awesome. I'm looking forward to new information on the seat as you through the breaking period. Be safe .

The seat is not noticeably lower but does move you forward. I now have 2-3 thousand miles on it and I love it. Very comfortable and great support for your lower back. I am very happy with this seat! Thanks for watching we appreciate it!

Any new updates after a few weeks. I'm looking to get something in the near future for my king. 3 options I'm considering are this, saddlemen pro series with lumbar pad, and lepera tailwhip.

I am very happy with this seat. I have roughly 450-500 miles on it and it is broken in to my butt. This seat is skinnier than any other seat I have sat on, so I don’t need to take my wallet out of my back pocket to get comfortable. It has enough support for my tailbone and lower back. I personally don’t need a backrest with the seat, but I also have not put in a 400 plus mile day on it. Hope this helps. Also I am 5’8” 180lbs.

@@db2overland thanks for the reply. I'm built like you so the skinnier seat is fine with me. I like the gel also so I'm sure it's pretty comfortable. This seat doesn't come up as high on the lower back (looks super sleek and race though) so that's the only thing I was worried about as I have some lower back issues. That's why I was considering the SDC pro series with back rest but a review of that seat says that it pushes you forward an inch which I don't like as I'm 6ft1. So I'm still considering the lepera as well as the kraus.
The lepera has gel and a high back support. They also have a version called a daddy long legs but it takes away from the passenger seat and I think it's for guys really tall like 6'4" and above.

Looks like #300 sub (9-12-2022) to your channel (was at 299, I watched the video & then subscribed). Kraus seat looks great and most importantly is functional. Give it at least 500 miles for break-in. Looking forward to more. Ride safe Brother!

I really like the look of this seat. I am super interested in your views after a few hundred miles. Also, after a really long ride. I'm 5' 9" as well and ride a 17 RKS still with the stock seat. Does the Kraus sit you any lower or move you forward or back? Can you still flat foot the bike and feel secure? I just hit the sub button! Ride safe y'all!!

I put about 300 miles on the seat yesterday. I feel a bit more forward, and slightly higher. With the narrowness my legs are closer to the bike and am still flat footed. Seat is very comfortable but still needs more break in. Thanks for the sub and watching, we appreciate it! Also stay tuned and I will do a complete review.

@@db2overland Thanks so much for the reply! :) Seats are very subjective and can end up being quite the investment if you don't get the right one first. I'll wait patiently for your views. I'm awaiting parts to upgrade my entire cam chest and exhaust, so it may be a minute before my parts fund has regained consciousness!! LOL!! No worries on the sub, y'all seem like cool peeps! Thanks again.
