Here’s my review on the Venom Seat after 20k miles. It’s simply an amazing seat! I am so thankful to Harley for putting such a crappy seat on my 22 SGST. This seat is still like new. There was no break in time whatsoever. My first long ride was from NM to Sturgis last year. And back. What a great seat!
How do you install those nuts that come with it? Do they just sit on top of the bracket or do they hook into the brackets?? Trying to install my Freedom seat now and am confused. TIA
Hi! So, once you have to seat brackets through the seat bolts. You have to hold/pull up the seat Cushing by the seat bolt and then you put the nuts on. It’s a little tight but worth it for sure. I hope this helps.

Do you find that the passenger pillion wears theough the paint on your bike just the same as it does on your frame or easier? It sits on thise rubber grommets and that sits directly on the paint on the fender. Im not sure this is going to workmout for me, as well as that pillion is wobbly as all hell when its installed

I don’t know man the back seat looks like a I Hop fluffy pancake . Maybe the Saddleman performance gripper would look better since your bike is more of a performance. Good video 👍
I could be wrong , but I believe you need to remove the Harley pieces on the frame. I think that the seat may be off in the fit of. Still it looks nice. I'm still shopping!! :)
You should take your bike to JD Cycle Works in Nazareth Pa. Yesterday he tuned a 131 on the dyno to 156HP/160 Tq. Check out Cyclefanatix Video on it. Nice home gym BTW! 💪
It's a scam, I order and payed for the combo. 4 1/2 months later tired of waiting. I canceled my order and only received a partial refund. That's my experience with bad boy cycles.

It hasn’t yet on mine. Nor the carbon fiber fender. Only the wear of the rubber grommets.
Maybe the solo seat. But that passenger seat and backrest look out a place.
The solo seat is normally on there alone. I’ll have the passenger seat on with my king tour pack.

Yes. The extended is for taller riders.

Hello, snug it into the main seat screw posts and screwed the rear bolt in. That did it for me. Hope this helps.

Hello! It’s the standard reach. The reach to the bars is good for me. I’m 5’8” my friend.
Did you have a hard time with installation? I bought the same seat after watching this, but it came with no instructions.
I didn’t. It I will say that it’s a tight fit for sure. I had to snug it in.

In my opinion it does slightly. However the shorter reach sits you closer to the tank.

I waited 6months but finally received mine. It’s a quality seat but to be honest, not anything that I’d be willing to wait 6 months again for.
