You're good at what you do, my man. I have been an operator for over a decade and I'm a trainer at my distribution centre. I'd be happy to have you on my team! Word of advice though, be careful publicising where you work on social media. If your employer finds out and your video isn't approved by HR, you could get into some hot water. Wouldn't want to see a good operator out of a job! Stay safe!
i never understood what is the deal with that, if i feel like a company is extremely paranoid about this i dont wanna work for them that means they're hiding something illegal. Now i understand staying ahead of your competitors and not giving stuff away but what he showed here was nothing special almost every company works similarly if not exactly the same.
Walmart wants double stacked pallets shrink-wrapped together as it would count as one pallets by the carrier instead of two & they would be charged a different rate. We have to pick & load.
It makes me so happy when I see double stacked pallets wrapped together. Nevermore have I wanted to strangle someone then grabbing a shitty double stacked pallet that I have to remove from a truck. To be fair those are chep pallets so those are really easy to unload anyway.
I did not see enough of the screen that you were trying to show viewers about how many pallets to unload for Costco. Why you were going to the screen for a "countback" and where do you get the information to write the last 6 digits on an already wrapped pallet. And how did you know which bay to take those pallets to Costco.
You’d loose your license if it was me who trained you, Driving / turning with laden load and forks all the way up, Your not tilting your forks when unladen, no beeps, not checking for personnel; You’d be dragged out of our training centre, dangerous driving , tryna show off for your camera

Tracy thank you so much 🤘🏽
I would be canned immediately if I made a video like this at Honda.
He hasn't posted in a while so he might've been canned.

What is the starting pay? And what is the pay like once you have been doing it a while
How many hours does a typical forklift worker? I'm thinking of getting my forlift certificate
We from me I work for 8 hours and I get to drive the forklift for about 6 hours
Depending on how big the company is, I worl for the nestle distribution center so I work a 12 hour shift
Depends, I do 10-12 hours of work depending on what has to be done for the day, 5 days a week.
10-12 hours a day 5 days a week
During our peak time I'm running 7 days a week, 12 hours a day. On a regular cycle it's a straight 8, 5 day work week.
Thanks man for the video.
Good kob
Well done, whats the pay rate like for an hour
Do you do any heavy lifting as a forklift driver?
That’s badass trying to get one at 18
Thank you

The sound quality of this is bad.
Does your boss know you’re publicizing all their private work orders...?
Why are you gonna go complain or something?
He's helping the boys out with a little sight.
