- Blackview BL9000 PRO has a FLIR thermal camera, Harman Kardon Speaker, a Glove mode, is built rugged, and has an 8800 mAh battery! On the hardware side, it comes with MediaTek Dimensity 8020, has 12GB of RAM, and 512GB of storage. The FLIR camera is Lepton 3.5 with a resolution of 160x120. It is also IP69K water and dust-resistant, because why not!

Thank you for your review! I have the Cat S61 but I already ordered the Blackview.
There are many uses for the thermal camera: Find heating pipes, find sloppy electric connections, we even used it to find an inflammation on a cat's paw and to check the fire place from the bedroom window before going to sleep. It is also great for finding the cat outside at night. We even identified a young cookie monster who heard us approaching and quickly put the jar back on the shelf, but left his thermal hand print on it.
FYI, the patented MSX(r) (where you have the visible and thermal overlay) can be adjusted manually. Since you are merging two cameras you will get an offset based on the distance of the object. So, if you align the images near, you may need to adjust the alignment manually for far. Look in the settings menu for this adjustment. Also try the Alpha blending, temperature alert and alarming, very helpful if you are setting the system up to monitor something and need to know if it is above a temperature.

I currently have a blackview bl 6000 which has been abused over the last 3 years. I've accidently ran it over twice and its probably been dropped a hundred times from about 3 ft. To be honest the blackview phone is the toughest phone I've ever had. I don't even bother to turn it off when i clean it in the sink and its more water proof than the speaker I have so it has gone into the shower with me every day I've owned it. I have probably put 30 screen protectors on the phone and still haven't broke the phone. The phone is very tough.
Gaming isn't really a thing on blackview phones IMO the screen will work better when wet and with gloves but it seems less precise than other phones.
Biggest problems I've had with the black view is they don't update the phone and the camera is either good or it just wont take the picture (becoming more of an issue with age but this may be due to the abusive life it's had).
If you need an extremely tough phone and don't play a lot of games blackview is great.
the thermal image can be calibrated to overlay corectly -- you must do that because the cameras as separated

Don't buy. Telefony Blackview nie otrzymują wsparcia do kolejnych wersji Android. Mam BV9800 PRO, który trafia do śmietnika, tylko z powodu, że zatrzymał się na Android 9, a firma nie planuje aktualizacji i ma użytkowników w nosie.
