I converted 2 years ago and I was locked up for majority of that time so I learned a lot from my fellow brothers, in which I am great fully. Through that all I was battling addiction and I can say praise Allah I don't know if would have been the sober me I am today without him I just got through prayer I'm still learning all my prayers and trying to do them all in the official language so I recite the videos to get me through! I have faith I'll get to where I can recite all just by mind , so praise to the most high Allah 🙌🏽

Alhamdulillah you have become a muslim brother. Take it slow and do not worry. Allah doesn't ask us to be perfect, he just asks us to try and as long as we try Allah is happy. So take it slow and do not be sad. Allah is always with you, watching and listening.

Allah doesn't bear a burden on us that we can't bear ,an example of why he is merciful to all his creations,but in the hereafter he will be most merciful to his Muslims.It is easy for him to do and he is swift and absolute,fajr is only 2 rakats ,in the mornings alot of us humans are in bed and also some of us do not like getting up in mornings due to laziness or drunkiness or something negative ,so instead of 3 or 4 or 20 or 100 rakats Allah made it just 2 obligatory rakats and some people cant get up and do those simple 2 also some of us muslims get up before fajr and hour before then ,they make salah ,you can also ask Allah to make it easy for you . Remember for each and everything we ask our creator for .Peace and blessings and May Allah grant us eternal paradise,with lofy mansions.

What is differwnce between sunnah an fard, i also say at start of prayer after allahh akbar subhana kallah humma wabbi hamdi, then after dalleen ameen, i say ku hu walah hu samad lam ya li wa lam ya lad my muslim friend write my prayer out an instructions an it included this

Thank you so much for posting this, it's not easy for western reverts to Islam. I wonder though, is it ok to do these prayers in our mother tongue since Allah is all knowing and all seeing? In my opinion my prayers are more heartfelt if I know exaclty what I'm saying. In time I will be able to recite and understand in Arabic. Any thoughts on this from my brothers?
