Salaam brother. I’m in the same boat as you. I’m finding these apps to be very helpful. NamazApp. (Step by step guide on how to pray with English translation) MuslimPro (times for salat, compass shows direction of Qibla) and One Islam Tv. (A whole lot of lectures from RUclips, self development ect)
Definitely try learning Al-Fatiha it’s the most used surah and also the first in the Quran you should also read the Quran maybe you can get one in your language that also shows Arabic letters other than that visit a mosque and tell them you recently reverted they will 100% be able to help you and maybe you can make some new friends there who can also help you

Just a suggestion . Since this is aimed at english reverts mostly , if you put english translation for the words spoke it would help alot with non arabic speakers so they have the correct meaning behind the pronounciations of the words .

I have a question, which parts are Surahs and do you say Bismillahirrahmanirrahim before? In the beginning we do but the video doesn't show for the rest and I heard you should.
So we say BHR. before Fatiha, before Qulhu Allahu Ahad, and before At-tahiyattu? That's it? Also what's the difference between a Surah and Dua and are all of those Surahs?

I'm confused, why do some videos, books, apps etc show the prayers differently?
There are slight variations according to what different Companions saw the Rasulullah (saw) do at different times during his mission over 20 years and what these different Companions subsequently taught their own students.
there are 4 big teachings in islam, the fundament/base is the same in all of them but they differ in small things wich is not a problem
there is imam malik , imam ahmad ibn hanbal , imam abu hanifa and imam alschafi3i ra
this could be the one of the reasons, antother one could be that there is no rule for what sura you have to recite in your prayer exept for al fatiha at the beginning of every rak3a, after that everyone can choose for themselfs
