  • At the end of June we took a family vacation to Lake Powell, Utah. We launched out of Bullfrog Marina, with a rented houseboat and a rented wakeboard boat.
This video showcases our fun times and the moments we were preparing for evacuation of our houseboat.

It's amazing looking at the white water marks on the cliffs where the level was 40 some years ago when I did my house boating, what a great place.

Great video. Through out the years I can't count how many times I helped people save theirs boats just at the boat ramps from swamping and sinking due to MicroBursts at the lake. It can happen to anyone. Thanks for sharing 😊

You shouldn't whip tubers at speed, and especially with more than one person riding. Someone is going to get injured. Nevertheless, there was no tragedy as your video title display, and I'm happy to know it. Late afternoon wind storms are common through the monsoon season, June thru Sept.

One and done with this channel. There was no tragedy. Maybe you should stick with hotels.

After a death in the family, we decided to say YES to a once in a lifetime trip that my parents wanted for their 50th wedding Anniversary. I'm so glad we did. All the boats were rentals, and I'm so glad we went. Life is short, enjoy it as much as you can.
