Wouldn't say it's the worlds best Business Class seat in a 737. flydubai, a hybrid carrier from UAE, had the same seats and config in their MAX since 2017.
Hi Dutchbird757. You are right, the seats are made by the same provider - Thompson Vantage. flydubai or Aerlingus are using them, but SIA's small touches make a difference on the hard product. Also Singapore Airlines' services and crew are part of the overall experience, the soft product is way superior than others.
