Writer-director Greta Gerwig (Lady Bird) has crafted a Little Women that draws on both the classic novel and the writings of Louisa May Alcott, and unfolds as the author’s alter ego, Jo March, reflects back and forth on her fictional life. In Gerwig’s take, the beloved story of the March sisters - four young women each determined to live life on her own terms -- is both timeless and timely. Portraying Jo, Meg, Amy, and Beth March, the film stars Saoirse Ronan, Emma Watson, Florence Pugh, Eliza Scanlen, with Timothée Chalamet as their neighbor Laurie, Laura Dern as Marmee, and Meryl Streep as Aunt March.

Amy's lines are my favorites as a woman. I love her development from an immature child to a grown up woman who knows herself.
I love Amy and Laurie, they have my whole heart, and Florence and Timothee have electric chemistry!
Can’t wait to see their chemistry again together in Dune 2

I think this Amy was much more likeable and true to the younger version of the character than the 1994 film. The adult portrayal of Amy in the 1994 adaptation was boring and cold and it didn't portray Laurie falling in love with her well.
Florence Pugh is an amazing actress.
We are doing a straight play version of little women next winter and I am completely busting every bone in my body to get Amy. She has such an incredible story and her character development is such an integral part to the script. I am just so excited!

You can even see him slip Jo’s ring off his finger after their talk in the art studio. Such amazing details!
I love their chemistry. I've watched it so many times that now i just see the continuity errors in their scenes 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

@@hannahvahala5078it's been a while but i do remember noticing some, starting from 4:05 "i've spent my entire life loving you" things like the scarf placement is different in one angle. The hand is different in another angle. Just small things like that because i stared at it too much hahaha

After seeing them reunite in Dune: Part Two, I can honestly say that these 2 have come a long way. And have bigger things ahead of them as well.

It was an average remake of Little Women, but these two were great in it
