As always a stunner of a boat to showcase state-of-the-art tech! Nice choice with the zipwake trim tabs as well! I have always wondered - does the auto-function interfere with the iTrim of the Evinrudes? Or do you just automate the roll correction with the zipwakes? Cheers mate, stay safe!

Matt, that is some amazing tech....The remote control is outstanding! 9 months on, how much have you used? ;-) I collect my Extreme 985 next weekend loaded with Raymarine gear but doubt it is anything like yours although my 7.1 sound system should be similar.

Underwater camera will complete the whole thing.I'm sure soon we are able to drop lines from the captain seat just with a button flick. One person can fish 4 rods..
All you need is a hook up to one of the electric reels , chuck a lure on , send it to the bottom and wait for the tug , presto , put the reel in auto retrieve and voila , one fresh hapuka ! Cheers mate .
How does this gear compare to Garmin, Hummingbird etc or is it more commercial?

you can't have your cake and eat it too bud, but good video.
to be clear you're not running near enough Kilo Hz to differentiate anything on the bottom at 160K hz and 30 meters you're looking at a target that's around 2 meters with some fancy algorithms.
It's pretty simple math and wave propagation.
