Lets be honest nothing vacuums like the dyson! Maybe it's best to have a device that is brilliant at one thing. I have 2x dreame and they are OK at a few things but that Dyson wow @JustADad
I've been using a shark for a few years As my main robot, the main reason I got it was because of the self-empty bagless design. I've used many other brands, and the Shark has the worst app out of anybody, but the actual vacuuming and self-emptying it does well, so I deal with it. On my older model shark, it still does not show the current location of the robot.
Mine is having an issue where once it has attached the mop pad after it gets done mopping. It goes back to the base, but cannot get up that ramp to get back onto the base. It does fine without the mop pad on though.
I have seen mine standing in front of the dock the next day after it was suppose to clean my home, it cleaned my home but could not dock. it has not happened anymore, but we need to keep an eye out for htis. I would call Shark they have great customer support and might send you a new one
@ crazy thing is is I just spoke to 10 different people at Shark and none of them knew about docking issues with these vacuums. I need to re-map both of mine since they have both started having issues all of a sudden.
@@JustADad Just adding, I ended up getting it but, returning it. I've had roborocks and dreame devices before and this is by far the worst software experience. It also doesn't pick up anything when it lifts it's back to clear carpets (so any crumbs etc on the edge of a carpet gets left behind)
Have you found that it doesnt dry the pad well? Mine was still pretty wet the next morning after I ran it late one night. Not sure if the fan really does a good job drying or if mine is defective. Also the recharge and resume takes hours instead of just getting it charged up then go back out. It sometimes doesn’t go back out.
Glad I saved 700 bucks Ik was quick review but looks like runs over everything people talk about roombas smashing into things this one was no better and it’s new docking was impressed at all seems like issue waiting to happen I feel like maybe with some updates it could be great bot so have wait and see rest of review
I have had this unit for one week, and it has had nothing but issues. The app is terrible. Stay away. I am returning to Best Buy and ordered a Eufy x10 Pro Omni from Amazon.

Love shark/ninja products, however their robot vacuums rely to heavily on the bumper for me. Got the Eufy X10 Pro Omni because of your videos!

You gotta just wait it's slow to react to the web commands. Just be patient and it will run it's course. Can take up to 30 min before activity starts.

It's loud based on your video. Also no idea why all the shark robots have that loud sound from their rolling brush.
the brush roller is hitting the comb or door, this one is not as loud as the older shark robots
