I've had the Eufy X10 Pro Omni cleaning my house for the last 90 days, and this thing has changed my life. Haven't mopped or swept since! I highly recommend it.
So, I ordered this just the other day when amazon had it reduced by $250. I then signed up for the credit card that I plan to never ever use for an additional $150, so I essentially got this for 1/2 price at $400 plus tax. I ordered based on your reviews and that of vacuum wars. I've only used it once and right now I'm giddy with my purchase. This is the first robot vac I've ever had so I have nothing to compare it to, but I wish I would have pulled the trigger earlier.
Really love the Eufy X10 Pro Omni. Had it for a month now and it does great. It’s on a cleaning schedule so we don’t have to worry about it. Definitely the best purchase we’ve made in a long time. Wife has definitely used the Tineco less on the hard floors since we got it. Even has a water detection capability through the Eufy Labs that lets you know how much water is in your clean water tank. When I was deciding which one to get, Just A Dad recommended the X10 Pro Omni and I’m definitely glad I listened. Love watching your videos. Keep up the great work! Would like to see a top 5 or top 10 in your opinion video
@@gabyx123 For the price, yes. Definitely recommend. It takes a couple cleans to get house mapped the best. You have a return window if you don’t like it but I’m sure you will
@@jasonbrock5768What about cleaning on edges and corners? I'm kinda on the fence between this one and one of the Roborock Qrevo series with a extendable mop/sidebrush

Been a huge lifesaver for me so I can play with my 2 toddlers more instead of having to mop 3 times a week. 3 boys and 2 big dogs and east texas red dirt lol.
To me that’s the beauty of these very hands-off robot cleaners. Yes, you can probably do a comparison against the best mains-powered vacuum cleaners or fanciest mops and they will clean better but I always think of those war movies where the cliche is some drill sergeant getting a new recruit to clean the latrines with a toothbrush. Yes, the toothbrush may not be the best tool but if you put hours and hours of effort in that latrine will be sparkling. In fact modern robot vacs are getting close to the best corded vacs anyway but even if they leave behind 5% of the dirt on each run, when you have them scheduled to run every single day they’re almost certainly going to keep your home cleaner than if you only find time to get your mega-powerful corded vacuum out once or twice a week. And it’s less effort. This is technology at its finest.
I just got mine for 33% off! I run my robots daily which is a lot of wear and tear, but I run them for years and send them off for repair. I'm upgrading from a Neato D6 that, while not perfect, served us admirably for years. I'm sure my 4 year old will challenge this thing on the daily.
I just got it for $599 on Prime Day! It was delievered yesterday and I love it already. A big improvement over my older, "dumb" robot vac. It is quite a bit taller than my old vacuum. I am bummed this it doesn't fit under my couch which actually has tall legs, but the navigation lidar on the top keeps it from going under. Overall, I'm very happy with the cleaning it has done already in just one day!delivered
Had basic robot vacuums in the past. This is just another level of cleverness - so much so I have 2 of these - purchased on offer at under £600 each with cash back. The level of control in the very nice App is impressive. Just spend some time thinking how you want it to work and then create as many routes and cleaning type options - then just create schedules and assign one of your routes to the schedule. For example, I have mine setup up to do a full clean every room with mopping twice a week. Then I have 2 days where I do all rooms but just hoover and no mopping. Then I have the day after the full clean where it just does a really quick clean that takes half of the time. I give them both a day off 1 day a week 😂. Only fair, they are doing a fine job…
@@kylekeenan3485 hi, looks like there is a lack of deals on at the moment. Though I think I could refer you on the main eufy site and get you £80 off, then combine that with top cash back to get more discount. But would need your email address and not sure how to go about doing that.
I bought this Eufy robot vacuum cleaner recently and I'm loving it! It cleans and mops really really well. There's just one aspect that I didn't expect and I don't know if it's my faulty one or if it's supposed to be like this... when it returns to the base and sucks up the dust to empty the robot, it becomes an airplane ready for takeoff! It's really loud! You can't stay in the room because it's so loud. Luckily it only lasts 5 seconds but it seems strange to me. I tried to check online and in the app but I can't find settings to reduce the suction power of the base. It's my first robot vacuum cleaner and for this reason I can't compare it with other models but, excluding these 5 seconds of orbital takeoff I consider myself really very satisfied
Yes, the bin-emptying sound is very loud. I've scheduled mine to run at midnight (ground floor) while we're fast asleep upstairs, so it doesn't bother us too much.
I just bought one and it's really good, my floors look great. Thanks for your videos, they helped me decide for sure. I was considering a Dreame but I read the app is buggy and customer support is a bit lacking, so went for the Eufy, seems great so far.
Thank you for all your informative videos! I have watched many of them while trying to decide which robot vacuum I want for my first one. I really like all the features of this eufy x10 pro omni, but im hesitant to spend so much money having never tried a robot vacuum before. Do you have any suggestions of a best cheaper option under $500 with good obstacle avoidance? I have a puppy that is still house training and 2 kids that leave their junk around on the floor at times. So good obstacle avoidance is probably my main deciding feature. A self emptying bin would be a close second. A mop would be nice, but not necessary.
My one's water tank broke last week or so (Had insufficient water sensor error). Had it for 3 months and used everyday. Though Eufy/ Anker support have been good and are sending out a replacement under warranty. (UK based)

I had to contact Eufy customer support because of this error.
Heavily considering picking one of these up refurbished for 500 bucks. I have just had 2 robo vacs have mechanical failures in the past 6 months so I am cautious of dropping that much money on these more expensive models so a video like this is very helpful.
My experience with eufy customer service, at least in the past (though their company has grown so much since I last needed their help) was that they were AWESOME. I’ve had the robovac for 7 years and they’ve replaced it for me twice.
Curious in your opinion of the X10 vs the Roborock Qrevo Master? Australian Sheppard at home so cleaning up the hair is main concern, mopping dirty paws is an added bonus
Many thanks for the review! It's really helpful to have follow-up videos. I'm struggling to choose between x8 pro or going higher to x10 or maybe the new ecovacs t30 . Would be really helpful to have your opinion (washing the mop pads by self every 5 days in the washing machine would not be a trouble)
Great video thank you. This is really the only robot that does all the things within our price range. I swear I saw somewhere it does warm the water to clean? Also do you have to use the Eufy mop solution? Can you use others, will they void the warranty?
Thanks for this video, as a future owner, this is very helpful for the maintenance. Do you recommend to not throw the mop pads in the drier after washing with the laundry ? Or is that alright to do ?
Does it stop vacuum when the bin is full or keeps running. That is one advantage roomba has bin full detection when it's filling up it will go home and empty then restart were left off.
Thanks so much for posting this! I’ve had a Qrevo Pro recently and unfortunately had to return it due to all the scratches on the floor. Have you had any issue with the Eufy? And how does it perform with dog hair?
Hello, thanks for the thorough review. I have a question I was hoping you could answer. Do you know if this vacuum can roll over a threshold… our tile kitchen floor is about an inch higher than the hardwood and there is a 6 inch wide ramp along the entire edge. Hoping these can be programmed to know that’s a threshold and not an obstacle. Thanks!
Great video, I currently have an Roomba I7+ and thinking about upgrading to this eufy robot, does the app have a pet/child lock for the buttons on the robot itself? Thanks
Do you think this vac is better than deebot t30s? I grabbed the deebot on prime deal but having doubts if i should have got this one? However the deebot seems to have the edge mop feature i like
So i got my Deebot t30s and I'm not blown away. my previous vac is a Dreame l10? I can't recall. But I feel it mapped my house better. I can't get the deebot to recognize my kitchen. It's blending my living room and kitchen as 1 item on the map where my Dreame can tell between the 2 rooms. Also I watched the deebot yesterday, and the mop is not making contact with the edge of the cabinets/walls in my kitchen. I will say it definitely does get more dirt up, the dirty water is impressive. I feel like my issues could be fixed with a software update.
You don't have to scrub it with soap and all that effort for the dirty water tank, just spray it with the shower head or garden hose every time you empty it (or even once a week) so it never gets dirty
Thank you for your great video! 2 months intensive usage videos are extremely helpful. Would you mind to share 2 months usage on Dream Tec X14? Thank you
I have new vacuum and lots of my long hair on the brush. I use it since 3 days. Is it normal it doesn't manage with cleaning its rollerblush properly from hair?
How do you compare this to the Dyson that you seem to love? Yes, I know the Dyson does not mop or auto empty. How does the vacuuming and obstacle avoidance compare? I assume the Dyson is better at vacuuming, but it is better enough to forgo the mopping?
no at all worth it, the trick with the robot vacuum is to schedule them daily, if you do that then after a week the carpet/floors will be the same with Dyson or any other
Which one would you recommend between eufy X10 Pro Omni vs Dreame L20 Ultra. Price is pretty much the same right now. I have carpets and tile flooring, no pets. I do need a good clean on the carpets and good mopping on the tiles. Please recommend.
I have a brava earlier model and it fits under everything which this must have problems fitting around kitchen table chairs. My Brava needs 10-12 hours to charge and runs little over twice and I need to set it up before runs and in between runs.
I just bought my Eufy X10 Pro Omni, and prompted it to clean the house the second time. The app notified me that the dust bin was full, but when I checked if out it was completely wet & falling apart. Do you know why this happened??
It is normal to the tray to be so wet? I only got the mob 2-3 days ago and the tray yesterday was too wet that I got warning something is obstructing the dirty tank. I only emptied the tray and it is fixed.
Is it good with kids, by which I mean does avoid toys and dropped clothes and clean up kids mess, like half a banana on the ground, or a squashed strawberry....?
Awesome video!! Would you mind measuring something for me? I'd like to know the height of the robot without the Lidar sensor on top included... reason I ask is I'm considering buying the robot (using your link), but we have a kitchen with a 10cm high baseboard (about only 10cm in depth as well). This is where a lot of dust and sand settles, so I want to make sure the robot can vacuum under there. The robot incl. the sensor would be too high (11.3cm if I'm correct), but only a small part of the side needs to be able to go under, hope it can (preferably without the lidar sensor bumping into the kitchen cabinets)🤞
Thanks for the video. I just picked it up on amazon prime October deals. $550 so for what you get seems like a good deal. Waiting for a future purchase of the dreame X50.
Is this better then a j9+ as far as suction ,reliability , and app functions. I can buy both for the same price but thw j9 is not the mop one amd i have all laminate floors no rugs
Excellent real world look at this vacuum. Question: what do you think will be the cost for supplies and such for this Eufy over time, and how does that compare to the others you’ve tested? Thanks.
you dont need to change the roller like the vid neither the side brush nor the casing, mayyybe the pads every 6 months, as you saw even in the app the spare parts counters were way far to be at 0%. Im on my 3th roborock in 5 years the only thing you will buy the most is the bags
I can't find a way to use another map, for example, another floor where the base is not located. How to start the process? The robot keeps searching for positioning and never finds it. It's completely lost. How do you move it to another area and make it work? Thanks for your reviews, by the way
Is it true that you can't tell it to use more water in rooms with tile floor and less water for rooms with wooden floors so that when it's put on a schedule it automatically switched from more water to less when crossing the boundaries between these rooms?
I have a different eufy robot vacuum and it has stuff to avoid falling down stairs so I assume this one would too since it's nicer than mine haha I can't tell you how well that feature works because it hasn't had to avoid any stairs in my house.
Update: Eufy forced a firmware update onto my unit even though I had auto update turned off taking my unit from 2.2.34 to 2.2.38. What's the fuss about? Well eufy publicly stated that they are taking AI See away with firmware 2.2.35 and I did not consent to this update. I ordered a Roborock Qrevo Master which will be here today and this unit goes back before its return window closes.
I have one of these for a couple months and notices the pre-filter (the mesh before the filter) gets clogged every clean. There is build up of dirt. Could I be doing something wrong? It runs vAccuum every day and mops 3 days a week
@@JustADad Strange, the eufy documentation states that it is suppose to alert you when the dust bag is filled. Not sure if anyone else that owns this unit has ever seen it. Accessory services in the app might display something when its time to change it.
Can you schedule which rooms it starts in first? Can you schedule per room whether it should vacuum, mop or both? Coming from a Dreame l10s ultra that died after six months, so am looking for something else.
Hi, yes I have one and you can create very specific routes. I tend to send mine to hoover carpeted rooms first. Then on the same scheduled clean get it to go back to the base station, get the mops ready and then it goes back out and target the rooms that need mopping such as kitchen or bathrooms with hard surfaces. That way, the mops are only wet when required.
I have 2 German shepherds. I got this thinking it was an upgrade from my Shark… Shark kills it and never tangles . This has to be cut with scissor daily

My home is 2800 sq ft and the kitchen is elevated compared to the rest of the house. How does it map an elevated room?
Thanks for the video. I just picked it up on amazon prime October deals. $550 so for what you get seems like a good deal. Waiting for a future purchase of the dreame X50.
Good stuff!
Thanks.
very good cost over time, maybe $30 every 4 months
you dont need to change the roller like the vid neither the side brush nor the casing, mayyybe the pads every 6 months, as you saw even in the app the spare parts counters were way far to be at 0%. Im on my 3th roborock in 5 years the only thing you will buy the most is the bags
is there any problems with it hoovering under kitchen kickboards? if not. what height is your kickboard?
mine are nailed to my cabinets, if they are loose it might move them
How well does the Eufy mop corners vs Dreame L20 Ultra with the extending mop?
Can we use it without the clean solution !?
Of course
I can't find a way to use another map, for example, another floor where the base is not located. How to start the process? The robot keeps searching for positioning and never finds it. It's completely lost. How do you move it to another area and make it work? Thanks for your reviews, by the way
Is it true that you can't tell it to use more water in rooms with tile floor and less water for rooms with wooden floors so that when it's put on a schedule it automatically switched from more water to less when crossing the boundaries between these rooms?
You can customize by Whole Home, per Rooms, or per Zones. Also the water level, the vacuum suction power, one or two passes, no-go zones and more
Can you disable the mop drying feature? I plan on purchasing multiple mop sets and would rather just throw them in the dirty towel laundry pile.
You didn't clean it at all for 2 and a half months? I'm about to buy this robot and will decide a cleaning schedule to keep it well maintained.
Can I ask how you keep it safe upstairs, i.e. do you use a stairgate or does it have sensors to stop it?
I have a different eufy robot vacuum and it has stuff to avoid falling down stairs so I assume this one would too since it's nicer than mine haha I can't tell you how well that feature works because it hasn't had to avoid any stairs in my house.
I ordered one Wednesday from Best Buy for $679, same as Amazon but also got the 4 year geek squad warranty on it.
Does eufy have an Alexa app/plug in for voice control?
Hello. I'm looking forward to your Eufy S1 Pro extensive review video!
Coming soon!
I have one of these for a couple months and notices the pre-filter (the mesh before the filter) gets clogged every clean. There is build up of dirt. Could I be doing something wrong? It runs vAccuum every day and mops 3 days a week
It has hair anti tangle?
Does this alert you to full bag ?!
no you have to set a remider on your phone every 2 months or so
@@JustADad Strange, the eufy documentation states that it is suppose to alert you when the dust bag is filled. Not sure if anyone else that owns this unit has ever seen it. Accessory services in the app might display something when its time to change it.
Just got it for 600 on prime day!
Same. There were only 2 left when I bit the bullet and bought it lol
You ever have issues with it struggling to auto empty hair
Had nothing but problems with my deebot
Does this have pet dentangling brush?
Can you schedule which rooms it starts in first? Can you schedule per room whether it should vacuum, mop or both? Coming from a Dreame l10s ultra that died after six months, so am looking for something else.
Hi, yes I have one and you can create very specific routes. I tend to send mine to hoover carpeted rooms first. Then on the same scheduled clean get it to go back to the base station, get the mops ready and then it goes back out and target the rooms that need mopping such as kitchen or bathrooms with hard surfaces. That way, the mops are only wet when required.
I almost bought that one today, but the price scared me, so I purchased the omni. I'm glad I did after seeing your comment!
Can you schedule the auto emptying? I want to run it on a schedule and I don't want my family to have a heart attack at 3 in the morning :-)
You can set it to Do not disturb mode and then that way it will only do the emptying on command
I have 2 German shepherds. I got this thinking it was an upgrade from my Shark… Shark kills it and never tangles . This has to be cut with scissor daily
Hello, I have a question. I'm looking to buy the eufy x10 omni ( $799 ), roborock s7 max ultra ( $759 ) or the irobot roomba j9+ combi ( $775 ). I can't decide! Please help me. For these prices what would be the best pick? Thanks. Have a nice day.
eufy x10 and it usually goes on sale for about 650
@@JustADad ok thanks! 👍
This one or DEEBOT T30 OMN (similar price now in the UK)
this one, better obstical avoidance
this or yeedi m12 pro plus?
this
Any reason?
Any idea what it's like with dog hair?
I have a dog and it did great!
Hi! Please can you do Xiaomi x20+
Got it for $599 on prime day.
My biggest gripe about these machines is i wish they didn't use bags. I would rather have a bin that i can just empty when full and put it back in.
You may like the Narwal then.
$600 right now on prime day!
I just got one for 550 on Amazon
Great
Thumps up good doggy
What ever happened to I robot, I been thinking about this just not into the china part taking pictures of my home but our government isn't getting any better turning into China every day
Are the parts replaceable like Roomba? I changed battery few times, spinning brush motor and it's tires.
Is the roborock qrevo s as good as this?
better
