AMAZING New HIDDEN ITEM changes itself EACH FLOOR! - Repentance Update 1.7.8 hidden item guide

The TBOI community and myself have been working diligently this last week to try and scrounge up every last little detail about the new update, including any hidden secrets and/or surprised. Little did we know we would find such a gold mine when we stumbled upon a beta version of an item that changes based on which floor you find it on! This is an insanely interesting and fresh idea, and the fact that it is in the game confirms that we have more Rep updates yet to come, and more creative and ingenious items to look forward to.
The sprites need a bit of work but hey, its still in development so at least Edmund gave them sprites right?
