I was a bit concerned when my young teenage niece told me she was getting into chainsaw man. But then she told me Beam was her fav and I was like, okay, she understands exactly what makes CSM great.

I love the new artstyle that is closer to Fujimoto's style. It looks so good and the more colorful vibe also fits more for this arc (although I liked the moody lighting for season 1)
it is crazy how little of chainsaw man is actually animated.. like 12 episodes plus the movie and there is so much stuff in the manga ,that's actually original dark peak fiction not like some other best selled manga.. ( naruto x bleach )

I love part 2 of the manga.

One of my favourite things is if you look frame-by-frame in the trailer between 1:01 to 1:02 there is a single frame of absolutely GORGEOUS impact animation of Denji being hit in the chest. I cannot wait to see this and be able to appreciate all the insane detail that goes into the animation. (Also, as a manga reader, I cannot wait for everyone else to experience this as one of my favourite arcs). Best boy Beam!!!

devils don't change the entire appearance of an individual. The only thing that changes are their heads and weapons. The katana devil only had his arms and head change, denji only has his head and arms change. being naked doesn't mean her devil is related to luring her victims. the appearances are more like circumstance than design (Denji and katana guy are still in suits.)
