Yes, build good relationships with your teachers. I have found that it helps a LOT. Whenever I am struggling with something, a teacher is always happy to help. You also find way more chances to do cool things that most others would not, like cool interviews or getting to meet cool people.
Ever since I started a diet and practicing parkour I've been getting really fit, thank you, thank you very very much, classes near me where expensive and my parents did not approve of it, and again thank you so so so so much.
I found out how to do a crane and I asked somebody to do it and they said "that's an incorrect way of vaulting". Turns out they lied and they just couldn't do it so they didn't want to seem like a rookie.
@@lethalassassin1754 yeah you'd have to be able to stay in that position. to me it came naturally if I decided to climb a wall without using my hands I would just do a crane once it gets chest - height or higher
Lol. This reminds me of the time that someone in my parkour class asked the instructor when we would use the free running tricks in real life. The teacher had to explain that you never use free running in a real chase...
It might be motion sickest, plus nervousness. It will most like get better if you keep on trying, so you don't become as nervous when trying to do the flip. or try taking motion sickness medicine. You could also make sure you aren't eating, and them immediately doing a flip. This will upset the stomach
Those videos related to movies, game and other fashionable things might get a lot of views, but these are of little help for who’s already doing parkour. In fact I’m happy that Roonie’s vídeo now includes more practical advices and tips about parkour.
100 IQ: sleep while others jump the gap 150 IQ: look at others jumping the gap and learn their techneaques. 200 IQ:JUMP THE GAP 2000 IQ: GO 3 METERS TO GET AROUND THE GAP!!!

Lmao cranes can be effective but thats what people did back in the day to get to a ledge. Now a days if you can't stick it it doesn't count

360 precision over a gap, Dive kong/cat pass, Double cat pass, plyo jump, tic tac, basically anything that can clear distance can be used.
