Many many years ago, before I became a professional & got all my smile line cutters...I just used a clean nail tip, dipped it in monomer, then cut and pulled off the excess. It worked great....but I love all of my smile line cutters. No wasting of nail tips that way.

I love this technique I usually do the white acrylic on the tip and try to sculpt it with my brush but I’m definitely going to try it this way ☺️☺️
This way is so much easier and you're left with such a nice crisp line. 💖

Can you do a tutorial about messing up on the dip powder forgetting to dip clear powder after a color is done? If we can reapply the clear after already using the seal protect.
Hi Linda! We can definitely add it to our list💕 For the clear, we do always recommend applying it because when filing/buffing it protects the color. If you already apply the Seal Protect and then realize you forgot the clear, here is what you do: Rub in the seal protect with a lint free cloth and make sure it is dry. Apply the base again and then dip into clear and apply the Seal protect again! If you have any questions please let us know! 💖

Can it be used for dip powder ?
Your videos have helped me so much! But I still have trouble with lifting. It's not the entire nail, it's where I put the acrylic on the natural nail, along each side. I've tried everything, but I'm still having lifting problems. Can you please help me with this?

Hi there! 😊 Acrylic does begin to dry after application, so it's essential to work efficiently when creating a smile line. Scrape off the excess acrylic gently before it fully dries to achieve a clean smile line. Practice and timing will help you master this technique! 💅✨

I do hybrid gel nails fairly competently now, but acrylic scares the bee-jayzuz out of me tbh! 😫
This length nail needs an apex for strength. It cannot last without structure.
Add a layer of clear acrylic powder to strengthen and add more structure the nail.
Not really shorter nails don’t require that
@@starz4178 Shorter maybe. Not this length. An educated nail technician would understand the importance of structure.
@@aaqilahlove Structure comes from the shape of the nail, not the thickness. A thinner nail with the right structure is stronger than a thick slab of nail with no apex. That is just a general rule.
