24:49 the “eco-drive” is Citizen’s proprietary solar-powered movement, hence why it’s ticking. Unlike other solar movements it can be powered using just lamplight, rather than strictly sunlight. They can run on average for about 6 months when fully charged before needing to be recharged again. Pretty cool movement!
Yes the citizen ecodrive is a men's watch. It is jumping every two seconds because it needs to be sat in a sunny window for a day or two. Also may need a battery - I can't remember the second part of the name, it's called a battery- if you call the watch repair store they can tell you. 😊

Thank You. Yes once I kept it under the light for a while it went to ticking every second instead of every two seconds.
