    Can you tell beginner's to buy in bulk as it save you a ton of money .I strictly only stick with 2 brands bilthamber, and sonax but if I have a super dirty wheel I highly recommend Malco brake off , but only if it's crazy dirty .Also buy products off season in the winter you get the best deals , and always watch repo and Baliff sites I bought my Fortador Pro max for under 800 cdn , and my fav pressure washer a Kranzle k499tst was 560 cdn but was missing all the tips except the one still in the wand . Ps luv your vids and you are a very helpful for those who need direction in making a career out of this for me this is therapy for me . also tell people to try and stand out buy having a gimmick like I use a old ambulance for my transport , but have seen HHR panel vans , or this guy who has a 1940s custom delivery van with flames on it ,

    Do you always use Meguiars Hyper Wash for the agitation wash, or are there situations where ONR is all you need? Not sure I understand if/when you use ONR besides as a clay lubricant.

    • @District.24
      @District.24 2 года назад +1

      ONR is a rinseless wash, so it can be used as such, or as a clay lube with the correct dilution (1 oz ONR and 31 oz of distilled water). People keep finding different uses for it.

    Hey Wilson, I really appreciate your channel and all the knowledge you share on detailing. you offer a different perspective than other detailers on youtube . but as someone who’s always just took his car to the wash, sometimes its hard to keep up with you in these tutorials. youll say shit like “of course up next we have iron decontamination” bro… i didnt even know iron decontamination was a thing 30 seconds ago😂 these videos seem like theyre targeted to people who want to learn how to detail but the whole time it sounds like you’re talking to another detailer and you dont take into account that people like me dont understand half the terminology you use and why you use them or do them.
    would be helpful if you did. either way, thanks for the game🙏

    Question:
    I foam the car again so I have more lubricant when I do my contact wash. I still use the two bucket method, but to reduce the risk of marring or scratching I figure what harm would it do. 🤔
    It may be precieved as wasteful as a professional detailer, but I can't see the harm.
    Respectfully, what are the communities thoughts? I also do this because it buys me time to prevent drying as I make my way around the car vehicle.

    • @ezel4119
      @ezel4119 2 года назад +1

      you’re fine. I do a contact wash with foam also. Moving the foam around it gets into more deeper areas. It’s kind of wasteful but not a big deal.

  • @supercross977

    I detail in SoCal and use clients’ water and electric supply. would it be beneficial to actually do the entire door jamb process before rinsing the entire vehicle? This way no water dries up on me while I’m doing the door jambs. Even if dirt got back into the door jambs after I already cleaned them and THEN went to rinsing the car I could just spray the excess that found it’s way back in when I go do my rinse.. ?? 🤔🤔

    I worry if I did the door jambs then how bad would it look if I leave the plastic runner right above? I do that quickly then what about the plastic leading up to the dash? Then the foot pedals? If I was a customer and saw a beautiful door jam below muddy plastic panels then all I would see is a mediocre job. I think it’s better to be very literal no matter how well you communicate. If they don’t like the door jams enough maybe they’ll purchase a full interior.

    Why do you use a clay bar? Do you always use it? Why do you use an iron contaminant? I've never heard this before, and I'm 65 y/o. What ever happened to just washing and waxing.

    • @noname-mu6kn
      @noname-mu6kn 10 месяцев назад

      Clay bar is to decontaminate the paint. Get rid of stuff washing can't and the iron contaminant also helps with it as well as being a lubricant for the clay bar
