I've been running this Deck since the first day that Master Duel released. Personally I run 2 White Dragons because it can so effortlessly turn into 2 extra dragons on board by summoning itself and searching the black dragon after it gets used as link material which will then also summon itself. By running a second White Dragon you can search it with the Black Dragon after this "combo" to give yourself some more card advantage and follow ups for next turn while also making it more consistent to actually get the white dragon without chaos space.
DRAGON LINK!!! I got to plat 1 just yesterday with exclusively Dragon Link. Love it Edit: I’m sure you’re not particularly looking for any tips, but I highly recommend running striker dragon at at least 2. The “niche” combo, where you pop your own striker dragon through its own effect to then add a Rokket Recharger to your hand, which then triggers it’s effect to send itself from the hand to the gy to summon any Dark Dragon from your gy is not niche at all. It’s actually nuts as a 1 card combo that only requires any level 4 or lower dragon monster. Also, the summoned monsters effects aren’t negated, so you can bring back a Hot Red, Darkness Metal or Tracer and continue extending off a single card. Otherwise, hand traps. You already know of course, but that triple ash triple Maxx C package is great. This deck just ends it’s turn if your opponent plays maxx c so having the ash or Called by the Grave to stop it is pretty important in my opinion.
I’d say Salamengreats are an easy to learn especially when you read the card effects. This deck doesn’t care about Nib either, I’m trying to optimize it as much as possible.
There's many engines you can fit into dragon link such as dragon maid or fallen of albaz. Buster blade has also been popping up into some engines on md
I have not seen anybody this interested in Dragon Link for a long time, this deck is a consistent contender in the TCG Meta. Advices from an old timer: Striker Dragon is the heart and soul of this deck, you should try to facilitate more of 'em. If you want to lean on to the Rank 8 package, try running Zombiesteine and Sky prison. Zombiesteine is another omninegate you could make on the first turn, while Skyprision is a floodgates against graveyard reliant decks like Drytron and Eldlich.
My favorite yugituber playing dragon links 😁👍 I couldn't be any happier. There are so many versions of Dragon Links I do play, Chamber Dragon Maid being a really good starter in this deck along with other tech like Hospitality and Tidying. overall this deck is super fun
There's so many versions, I'm overwhelmed with the options lmfao. Are you familiar with the Buster Blader variant? If so, how is it? It looked interesting but I hate bricky decks and Buster Blader is notorious for that. I've been having a ton of fun with Code Talkers but Rokkets seem to have a have a higher ceiling.

Ive been playing dragons in the tcg since 2019 and its my favourite deck. So far in master duely favourite deck is a 60 card variant using the 3 bit dragon archetypes. Dragonmaids help with grind, negates and starting. Dragunity helps with playing around/through nib (crystal wing on 5th summon), gets you access to the other 2 archetypes through ravine. And the smallest engine, the rokkets gets you the savage negate and striker + recharger grind game. You should really try it out. For ideas i reccomend you watch the deck profiles from Team Kings of Games. On top of that i could also send you my master duel decklist.
does the deck work with hand traps? the best combo/non-floodgate decks, are always filled with hand traps to compensate? im very interested with the deck.
After the elpy ban and striker dragon limit it was in a worse position. It still could make a good board don’t get me wrong, but it definitely wasn’t as strong as before.
I've been on dragon link in the tcg for just over two years, playing just about every variant through the formats. MD allowing 3 striker dragon is wild, and I've taken dlink to plat 1 quite handily both seasons thus far. Multiple whites is an option, but trying to keep deck count low while maintaining 6 hand traps, forbidden droplet for drytron and cosmic cyclone for eldlich/shaddoll makes adding additional extenders tricky.
Can you share your deck list? I made this deck weeks ago and rarely play it as I seem to be interrupted a lot in platinum and it makes it hard to recover. What I also don't like about the deck is that if you actually do pull off the combo first turn you pretty much end up without resources for the next turn so if they break through your negates it's hard to pull a comeback

I think if someone wants to have fun on yugioh, you should play every top deck, fun deck, and creative deck out there, to truly expierence the art of a card game. It's fun to both have a challenge and out play someone, with both understanding each other in a way of skill and plays more then just negate and unaffected. True dueling is fun in both eyes. *Now I'll proceed to cuss off Konami for making me crash against a live twin player*
Has anyone tried out Black Rose? It seems like the deck would be pretty strong mostly because it can shutdown field and banish graveyards. I have the basic deck down but I’m waiting to know if it can be optimized.
It's hard, because to get the maximum effect of the field nuke, you'd have to go second. But if You go second, Your opponent could set His board to negate all of Your monster's effect. And Ruddy rose, the big boss, can only negate effect that destroy cards. Meanwhile the Meta have many ways to remove cards from field (Nibiru, Shuraig's banish, Dragonmaid's to-hand-bounce).
As a dragon enthusiast, I go with my favorite dragon Shooting Quasar Dragon, because it's too easy to end on Shooting Quasar and have more than just quasar
I love this deck but i think the follow ups arent enought, and after your first turn u cant make much resourse in next turns, like prankids and tri brigade who always have play back to back turns
My favorite dragons are the heiratics. I really wish they got more support along with heavenly spheres. Since they synergize with tributes and normal monsters so well they could probably turn into a really strong ritual deck (just do better than ruin/nephetys support).
I made two accounts. The first one I made tribrigade and drytron. For the second account, I made dragon link and Phantom Knght. I never go back to my first account.
i wish they would add a free reroll feature, as a returning player they ensnared me into their trap...which i figure they lay for a reason and don't allow rerolls for a reason...they want me to break, and spend actual money.
New blue eyes cards are out on the TCG but imo if Konami doesn't do something about the current meta on Master Duel those new cards won't even budge Platinum meta decks since a single negate can destroy any hope of comboing with a Blue Eyes deck.
@@incognito326 facts but I have some success using nebula dragon and go into number 97 to special summon number 100 to otk or go into 92 to board wipe next turn if they don’t have a answer for 92
Looks like a fun deck for sure. It's not super pricey either, like, your list has a lot of hand traps but I kinda don't count those since you craft them for several different decks, it's not like they're only gonna be used in this one list.
My favorite (and only) dragon deck i have in master duel is a stupid af blue eyes chaos deck that just summons chaos or chaos max and hopes the opponent is stupid enough to not have anything other than target or destroy cards
Aaginst Cydra, you definitely need to bounce the first thing they summon with Seal, because you still want that value from tributing it, rather than just letting it get fused away. Also because the baby dragons are unlimited, you could try playing more for consistency. Playing 3 Striker is also nuts because the grind game can get pretty stupid when you just keep reviving REDMD to revive Hot Red. There's a lot of ways to play it, so yeah...

I can't believe I got mind controlled! He took back his lava Golem, he took back his Kaiju. I'm guessing it doesn't work on nibiru?
My favorite dragons are the heiratics. I really wish they got more support along with heavenly spheres. Since they synergize with tributes and normal monsters so well they could probably turn into a really strong ritual deck (just do better than ruin/nephetys support).
Can’t wait to watch star boy back into action
now you got to dig into plunder patroll its actually pretty good
I made two accounts. The first one I made tribrigade and drytron. For the second account, I made dragon link and Phantom Knght. I never go back to my first account.
Do a sacred beast or a Egyptian god deck
Would be fun to watch you do a subterror competitive deck
I’m working on a tri-bergade gladiator beast deck right now.
My favorite dragon deck has to be the red archfeind dragon deck so much fun and get negates to work with as well as high power ends
This was going to be my next deck. Quit telling all the goods man! 😆 About to take Raid Raptors to platinum. Haven't seen anyone else with it yet
This deck is awesome 😎 really fun to play
i wish they would add a free reroll feature, as a returning player they ensnared me into their trap...which i figure they lay for a reason and don't allow rerolls for a reason...they want me to break, and spend actual money.
Red eyes is usually fan fev or blue, but they arent the best. but if you go away from drakes try heroes!
Blue eyes is my favorite dragon deck. I’m hoping after this maintenance on master duels more blue eyes support come out.
New blue eyes cards are out on the TCG but imo if Konami doesn't do something about the current meta on Master Duel those new cards won't even budge Platinum meta decks since a single negate can destroy any hope of comboing with a Blue Eyes deck.
@@incognito326 facts but I have some success using nebula dragon and go into number 97 to special summon number 100 to otk or go into 92 to board wipe next turn if they don’t have a answer for 92
@@incognito326 That blue eyes jet would make blues eyes so much stronger that it’s funny.
60 cards dragon link with dangers, n maybe grass?
I noticed your romulus/stiker dragon chains could be better you can chain block using the baby dragons
Dragunity is easily the best, while less consistent it ends on bigger boards
Does this deck consistently clap elditch? I'm tired of that deck being everywhere..
Looks like a fun deck for sure. It's not super pricey either, like, your list has a lot of hand traps but I kinda don't count those since you craft them for several different decks, it's not like they're only gonna be used in this one list.
fave dragon deck?
number 69 Afterglow boosted beatstick dragon deck
Where is the update version
My favorite (and only) dragon deck i have in master duel is a stupid af blue eyes chaos deck that just summons chaos or chaos max and hopes the opponent is stupid enough to not have anything other than target or destroy cards
Damn, you dont need many UR for this build, thats a real budget deck xD i play BA with phantom knights and i need a lot more UR's
Dragon Link is the best deck, besides Rock/Adamancipator, to do Buster lock in my opinion
PLaying it with crusadias, waiting on borrelend
ARMED DRAGON OJAMA ABC ACTION PLEASE!
My favorite deck, it’s so fun
