Voting for “best of” at this market. All the food looked wonderful!
Lisa! You're such a cute, caring wife. Automatically wiping Bills face for him after his bite of cake. I'd give my right arm to be in such a head over heels in love relationship like you two #squadgoals 🤗🥰
Another mouthwatering food tour. You guys never disappoint and look forward weekly for new vlogs on your cruise.
Aloha Bill and Lisa: That was a nice treat visiting the food court in LA. It was nice to be able to sample all the various Asian foods in one location. Everything looked and, must have, tasted delicious. The highlight was the strawberry donut - awesome! Thank you for producing this vlog. Looking forward to the next great one! Best wishes and 🤙!🧧

Yes! It's so overwhelming to choose where to eat at Grand Central Market, so a food Tour Vlog of All the restaurants and meals that you'll haven't experienced would be Great! Thank you! Everything looked Delish!🎉🌹🎊
My favorite lovebirds on RUclips 🥰 Everything looks super yummy! Keep 'em coming!

All that food looked delicious and those Strawberries Wow!! Yumm !
Thanks Bill and Lisa for taking us along!
I ❤️ Asian food
I would love to see more of the market foods. Best of would be awesome. This place is definitely on my must do list when I visit CA.
Luv Andrew's artwork!
Love it Bill!, "just one more bite" story of my life 😊
You and me both! LOL!
I am a nurse at USC and I avoid the area (not far). There is a lot of crime since reopening. Carry a weapon if you feel a need to go down there.
Edit: Lisa, your hair looks great! I haven't seen you folks in a good minute.
Also, the Japanese milk bread is amazing. Just next door (not literally) is Little Tokyo. The best area in all LA (imho) to eat. Great ambiance. Less crime, as well. Check out Voo Doo Donuts (close to Grand Central Market)
Bill and Lisa I would love to see all of the market. The food looked delicious. Take care.
👍👍👍For more of your favorites at the Grand Central Market. Those dishes were da bomb! More, more, more!!!
All this food looked incredible! But that chicken Katsu sandwich and the donuts are what I can’t stop dreaming about! Great vlog guys❤
Yes yes do more of the food court!
🥡🤤🍜🥰🍲🥹🍛 Yummy!
I love the fun you have tasting the different food! It makes me want to go to all the places you've eaten! Your such a fun and loving couple! S pleasure to watch!
Thank you so much!!
Grew up going there weekly with my grandmother who buyer to feed 8-10 people daily. She had a vendor friend who let is stack up our buys at his central stand. Mitzy was a sweet Japanese man who was the heartbeat of the market in the 1950's and 1960's. My first corporate job was for Occidental Life at 1250 S. Hill. I use to bus it to the market at lunch to be able to take home fresh local fruit and veggies to the San Fernando Valley. Mitzy was still there, recognized me from my childhood and always sent along his regards to my grandmother who no longer lived in South Central L.A. Grand Central and the Farmer's markets were the primary sources for fresh, local foods. The only way to get it as fresh was to know where produce stands were out on the Westside where just some of the Japanese farmers were successful in getting back their properties confiscated during the terrible years of internment during WWII. I know the Japanese long green beans, Okinawa purple tams and small eggplants we bought seasonally we're all grow and harvested from the area around where Hughe's Aircraft was located near Playa del Rey. Those acres north of that hill were small, mostly Japanese owned agricultural fields that were the bread basket of the area.
Thank you for sharing your fond memories of GCM, Leila. The market is part of LA's rich history and we're sure it'll create more stories and memories for years to come. Thanks so much for watching.
There is nothing better than a pro tip from B&L!
Oh my goodness the strawberry filled glazed donut looked magnificent! I mean, all the food looked so delicious, wonderful and fresh but that dessert though 😍 haha

I was Shocked you guys never visited Philippines yet....GO! YOu will so Mahalo after you come back, if you ever come back. Thanks so much guys! 😃
Another Bill & Lisa Food Adventure Good Morning 😊
Good morning, Christine!
Rib Cap Crew...That's more baller than my Oncor Salisbury Steak frozen dinners. It's pronounced Lechon Kuh-wall-ee. You can make it at home cheap. The secret to tenderize it is boil then use a meat tenderizer, the ones with the sharp spikes, not a mallet before frying. You gotta eat Turon right away, otherwise it gets soggy. Best part of the video is Lisa's containers. I'd rather have one DonutMan strawberry donut than a dozen Dunkin Donuts.
Our artist did an amazing job! 👍🏼
Wooo wooo!! 1st comment!!
Love this market program thank you so delicious show more

You guys will love it! So many choices there. 👍🏼
I love tempura
I so want to do a meet up with you!!!! Take you to a tiki bar & talk Disney!
Hi Bill and Lisa! Can never get enough Asian food videos…watching this as I plan a NOLA trip for this year! Lol😮…starting to plan a few short trips for now…My Mom and I bought Turon from local Filipino Restaurant and my Mom was talking about how she linked mine better…not to brag the secret ingredient is the sliced jackfruit that needs to be inside which a lot of places omit now…mine is simple without any dipping sauce. Love tempura with light batter…esp if fresh and crunchy…I’m going to start bringing my own Tupperware too now…Andrew is such a talented artist. I’m going to refer him to a Business Owner I know who will rebrand his business this year. I’m thinking we should take the two drive up to LA and order all the food we can for 2-3 days of meals…😂that’s why I want to go there to try the DONUT MAN! Lisa is so prepared! I’ve got the usual essentials in my bag…now will add Bill’s idea of bring your own Chopsticks and Shoyu to my hot sauce…thank you for sharing! I’m in “Hangry mode” now!!!!😂Have a great week!
Thanks Arlene! Agreed, our Artist always does an amazing job!
Good looks good
I think you should do a Best Of review there. That would be cool.
LA native, but going for the first time this cinco de mayo!
Enjoy! So many choices!
@@billandlisa Yes! I am torn between China Cafe, the pizza place or the Pupusas. Tomorrow I'll decide (maybe based on the line)
I just went to Grand Central Market and was trying hard to remember all the places I have seen you review!! I ended up with Tiger Tails for the kids which they loved...I would enjoy a best of GCM for sure, everything is tempting but can be overwhelming when you don't really know what to get
Yes, so many eating options there. Good move on getting the Tiger Tails. 👍🏼
Wow, the food was hot! Loved the video.
Lovely vlog as usual nice watching you guys enjoy Ur day b safe from Abigail and Rodney 💕
The food looks amazing, as usual.
Sorry. Arrived in Las Vegas today and my internet has been a bit sketchy. Finally viewed the video without any issues.
Have a great time in Vegas, Yvonne! Win big!!
I’m hungry, haha! Great variety of food!
Thanks Angela!
Asian’s food tour the banana rapper look like a wonton rapper.
More please
if i remember correctly, located near nbc studios. that first dish had the biggest wontons in it. i would like that very much.
I live 16 minutes away, haven’t been in years. How is the homeless situation there now? It was sad to have to jump over them to get into businesses. I stopped going.
They don’t work for charity organizations so they never mention the homeless situation!! As you have said, it’s a sad situation. It seems the government is Not able to do anything which is sick, and more sad.
Yeah and they keep sending money to other countries doesn’t make any sense at all so sad
It's a Lovely place
4 dips into the egg? WOW! ;-)
Trying to break that yolk. 🤣
💍 Congratulations?!
lol! We just got a new pair of matching bands. 🤗
I was looking for the Aloha Shoyu packet to make an appearance. Hahaha 😆
Right??!! 🤣

Mmm yummy luv me some strawberryies 🍰🍰🍰🍰🍰🍰🇨🇦🍍🌞
Hot and fresh!! Yummy 😋 Definitely a must stop for me if I get to LA!
Hello Bill and Lisa, have you been to Paul’s Chinese kitchen. On San Pedro St, just past 9th. I always thought they were the best for Cantonese style. Their Wonton soup is terrific.
I’ve been there many years ago! Met Tommy Lasorda too!
Again, love Bills’s shirt! Where did you find this one?
I think Lisa ordered it from Boxlunch.
