Paul Eugene, you are the best. I turned 69 a couple of weeks ago and to celebrate I raised my step to 6 inch height. So I don't do the turns because I am a bit clumsy and need to get used to the new height. But I was able to hang in there for this entire workout. Your countdown clock helps; I'm able to say to myself "only 14 more minutes, you can do it!"

Thanks, this was a workout. On one video you talked about some of the older names of aerobic exercise but you didn’t mention yourself. They were good but they have nothing on you. You were also a trailblazer and you’re still at it. Happy Black History month.

Loved the music and the routine. I probably added 500 steps trying to master some of those backward turn steps. At times I felt like one of those cartoon characters with spinning feet and dust flying up. I will definitely try this again. It's so good to have the challenge of the steps in this. Thank you! This was so appreciated!

What I did with this workout was go through the workout n stop b4 stretching then rewind to the 30 minute mark n replay to get an extended version. With other 30 or 40 minute Coach Paul step routines, I combine it with another 27 or 30 minute workout.

I have watched many of your step aerobic workouts, however, this is my first time actually doing one of them. I was so excited to see this workout because I was now ready to participate. I have done many other aerobic exercises, but I have not done step aerobics in about 15 years. I must tell the truth and shame the devil, your 65 years young self kicked my 53 years young hinnie pot. This video was definitely a 10. I am looking forward to mastering this video and doing some of your other videos. Thank you!!

I’ve done this workout for the past 5 days n I LOVE IT!!! Must say I’m 5’2” n lunging off the sides of my 42” step is a propulsion challenge! 🤣. I went hiking yesterday but getting ready to do this workout again this morning! Thank u, Coach Paul, for ur videos; u help keep our ❤️s healthy! Aloha!

Brilliant. I love your step work outs but those backward twiddly bits were complicated! I will come back again and again until I master it ha ha. There was a time when I couldn't do the L step!!!🤩

Tried it again. I think I need a tutorial, with you facing the same direction as me, showing me the new steps in the Advanced step workout. Update: I changed the playback speed to slow (gear at bottom) and then could figure out the modified repeater.

Thanks, I cannot do advance Step Aerobics because I have back issues that I have to be mindful of. But intermediate I can do now and then.
Very sympathetic to your back issues. I just do the routines on the floor because I like the step choreography and the slower pace than some cardio workouts.
