These are a few things I do that have helped me attain skin without any acne and healthy all day.
- Use a mild face wash that removes extra oil and cleanses your skin well. I recommend littlleextra rriiceberry face wash only as it balances the skin pH too.
- Eat a nutritious diet. Avoid oily, junk, and spicy foods. Choose vegetables, fruits, and foods rich in vitamins C, E, A, antioxidants, and minerals.
- Exercise helps clean impurities, so make sure to exercise regularly to cleanse your whole body.
- Stay away from touching your face often because our hands are often full of germs that can lead to pimples when they touch the face.
- Once or twice a week, use an oil or serum for a face massage to improve circulation.
- Apply rice berry vitamin c face serum daily as it has antioxidant properties and it helped me fade blemishes and I got bright skin.
- Weekly, do a cleanup routine: cleanse, steam, scrubbing, use a mask, and rub 2-3 ice cubes.
- Wash your brushes and other things you use coz they can harbor germs that can cause pimples when they come into contact with your skin.

I am not a movie person usually so I knew very little of this wonderful personality. Very recently I started watching Alia..then I have probably watched every movie of hers and every interview.. and she has sharpened her skills in every movie and clips I have seen. So when I compare the old Alia and her version now..she has matured gracefully. She is smart, confident, talented and hardworking I must say. Above everything, how she has dealt with all the negativity and has just focussed on herself and her work is just fantabulous. Her work speaks for her. There is no better way to justify.
