- It's been Quarantine Season for quite some time now but what's really important in this time is to not get lazy and let your regular routine of the day slip away. My one such favourite routine of the day is my morning routine which I've been continuing even in the lockdown and it helps me get through the day fresh and energetic.

Ultra legends like me - wake up only when Mom scream on them that too after 10 AM.

I am ultra legend😆. Everyday my mom wake me up at 9.30 . When she go to office I again sleep till 12pm. But I sleep late at night after 3 am 4am.Scolded by mummy time to time due to this habbit

*1 apply coconut , Castor, olive and almond oil to your hair
2 heat it a bit on a stove...luke warm or till it's warm and u can touch it without burning your hand.
3 add some aloe vera also in the 4 oils (step 2)and massage it nicely to your scalp
4 wash it next day*
5 voilà your hair is silly smooth and do this every week
I too do this and I'm having long shiny silky smooth hair...
*AND MOST IMPORTANTLY THE WAY WE WASH OUR HAIR AND THE SHAMPOO AND CONDITION WE USE DEPENDS UPON OUR HAIR GROWTH*
if we use sulphate free or chemicls free *SHAMPOO and conditioner* you can achieve the Best hair growth

*take 1tb spoon of any shampoo in a bowl add some honey and lemon juice*
