André Kertész Part 9: Life in New York

André moved to New York where he spent 50 years of his life, where his work was far less appreciated, but what he created while there remains some of his most intimate imagery. Spending hours each day photographing right out of his apartment windows, and capturing every day life in the bustling metropolis. It is in New York that he finally focused and was able to become the master we now know.
