Just discovered your meditations in my journey to find a way back to myself. Finally sought professional help in with historical sex abuse by my oldest brother.....and the death of my husband in January. The trauma of abuse at a young age derailed my emotional development that in turn influenced my behavior as a partner. I've found this meditation a most beautiful, poetic and kind guidance to the place of self compassion. By the end I think I physically feel my heart full of softness and being embraced....by myself. Thank you so much for this Tara❤

I teach my 8 yr old granddaughter meditation of being observant to her inner body feels like in a simple way, to be present with being quiet inside and letting thoughts pass, she loves it!!
I try to sound like Tara! She has calm in her intentions!!
I learn a lot from her teaching

This meditation never fails to help calm my nervous system down and feel the love that is hidden behind pain, fear, and longing. I like to do it sitting in front of the morning sun and feel truly bathed in warmth. Thank you, Tara.

Dear Tara, I have used this practice so many times now, when stuck in hopelessness / helplessness. It never fails to reconnect me to hope. Truly, thank you so much for sharing.

When I hear the word Loving Presence, I think of Ron Kurtz from Hakomi Therapy.
