Katakuri could turn his surroundings into Mochi but not Luffy and, just like him, Doflamingo was able to turn Dressrosa into strings and not affect the people around him but luffy can even affect human as we seen Luffy could turn Kaido into rubber and hurt him from the inside and also he can turn intangable things like lightning into rubber

I personally feel like Fujitoras fruit could easily be the strongest DF depending on who carried it. Someone with Luffys level of creativity could accomplish insane feats with that fruit. And even if you are, characters like Luffy or even Zoro who are focused and determined will easily not be affected. Even Momonga managed to counter it by simply hurting himself. So if you're slightly distracted the power is not going to affect you. Even Koby also managed to fight on equal ground with Boa despite not having any DF and his Haki aside from Obseravtion, is pretty mid tier and isn't that impressive.

I would replace the soru soru no mi with the gas fruit since you need to actual 200iq to conquer the world with the soul fruit meanwhile gas lets you control any type of gas and I think it should easily be top tier with modern science.

Let me remind you Luffy's DF isn't what caused him to defeat the warlords. It's Luffy himself and his haki. He would've died fighting Croc, if he just relies on his DF powers. I hate how people just gonna retcon and undermine all of Luffy's past victories and hardwork and attribute it all to his DF just cause his DF turns out to be a God Fruit. People seems to forget the DF only became a God Fruit after Luffy's awakening. Before that it's just a basic and average rubber fruit.

Let me remind you Luffy's DF isn't what caused him to defeat the warlords. It's Luffy himself and his haki. He would've died fighting Croc, if he just relies on his DF powers. I hate how people just gonna retcon and undermine all of Luffy's past victories and hardwork and attribute it all to his DF just cause his DF turns out to be a God Fruit. People seems to forget the DF only became a God Fruit after Luffy's awakening. Before that it's just a basic and average rubber fruit.
